Excellent communication and great service
I had a very positive experience with Vaalberg. I was looking for a specific lab-grown radiant diamond and they were very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, the original diamond I selected was no longer available, but they handled this really well and offered me a beautiful radiant diamond of higher Carat as a replacement, without any additional cost.
Communication was clear and personal, and I really appreciated how they helped me find an alternative that still matched what I was looking for in terms of shape, proportions and quality. The pricing was also very competitive compared with other retailers I checked.
Overall, the service felt professional, honest and customer-focused. I would definitely recommend Vaalberg to anyone looking for a lab-grown diamond or engagement ring.
