Broken glass, finally replacement

My lamp has 6 glass bubbles and arrived with one broken glass. It was promised to send a new one. After 2 weeks I asked if it was sent, no answer and no glass. Now its to late for retoure.
Amendment:
Finally it was solved. So I change my review from 1 to 4 Stars. Thanks!

I don’t get any reply from customerservice or DM by Insta. I placed an order 21st of December, but received no shipment information. They say shipment between 2-4 days. It’s a scam..

Very satisfied

We ordered the Secto Octo lamp three weeks ago and have already received it. Ordered on this site because the lamp was considerably cheaper than in the Netherlands.
You will be informed by email when the lamp will be delivered.
We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Order not received

I ordered 2 lights with a delivery time of 7-10 days already a month ago. I still have not received anything. The helpdesk already promised me 2x that the lights would be shipped the next Wednesday… now they are not even answering anymore :-(

We ordered three different lamps from Vaalea Dk. In the beginning there were some small challenges with the communication, but after we received the contact from Rie @Vaalea everything went really smooth and well!
