The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was lovely. Was disappointed that the pool wasn't heated. We had an issue with the toilet but they came and fixed it right away. Indicate that the trash goes down a shoot in a room in front of the elevators, not in a garbage bin. It would have been nice to have extra towels since we were there for a week. Also, it also would have been nice if there were some spices in the kitchen to cook with. I didn't want to buy a whole jar, when I was only there for a week.

Great location. Wonderful accommodations. And Bailey was great to work with to make sure our stay was all we hoped it would be!

Clean home. Well kept. Good comfortable Furnature and beds. Great area to stay. Lots of things to do.

Timely communication

I used to rent a property through Vacasa (who acquired my local company) and it was a really poor experience for both me and my guests. I also rented a property managed by them on 2 occasions and both were also poor.
Cleanliness was a problem on both sides and was communication. They are a big company with big company policies that no employee will go up against. From both sides, I was stonewalled and treated rudely. As other commenters have said, find a local company with good reviews. Vacasa isn't anything special--anyone can get ;your property seen.

Very small room. Stairway access is not ideal. Clean.

The Overview on the website lists this site as having "an indoor pool, hot tub, and lazy river." Sounds great, doesn't it? Except you don't have access to the building which houses these things, because the owner didn't pay the fee to use them. Even more frustrating is that the building was totally empty, but we still not allowed to use the facilities. A phone call to Vacasa left me with the impression that "a supervisor would return my call in order to address my concern," but that did not happen.

We had an awesome experience. The home was in a great location. The kitchen was fully stocked and the seating was plentiful. We will stay again. Thanks for an awesome experience.

Things were not up to par with our unit when we checked in. Furniture needed a deep cleaning, no hangers, etc. I called Vacasa & they were great in addressing these issues pronto. Only the spa/hot tub issues or lack there of were not able to be taken care of. The Keurig stopped working during our stay and the next day they had a new one for us. They were great.

The place was nice and clean. Very kid friendly.

Thank you came to visit our son at Belmont and had a very nice weekend with him just place is little noisy

Vacasa was so nice to work with we started our search with VRBO and when we booked Vacasa was our contact from that time. They answered our questions before we arrived to our rental and we're helpful as we had contact with them a few times while on our stay. This property was so beautiful and well maintained. Our week here was so comfortable for our family. Our grandchildren made wonderful memories as well as our daughter and son in law and of course my husband and I did as well. We are going to come back again sometime we loved it so much. We would also use Vacasa in the future as well. Thank you

The view was magnificent. The king bed was very comfortable.

Property Manager was responsive when needed.
As far as the actual unit, it was clean, yet could use some sprucing up. This is especially true on outdoor furniture.
Unit has been ‘well loved’ by owner.
Surfside overall is a good community. Well maintained facilities.

One of the nicest condos ever rented! Nicely decorated and well equipped! Great view and location.

Had a great vacation week at this beautiful condo with an amazing view. The master bedroom and living room have a joined balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean. The ocean (clear emerald and blue with white sugar sand) is nothing short of spectacular. Great condo with everything you need (two bedrooms/two baths) washer/dryer and kitchen. 1st floor walk up or use the stairs. Plenty of parking (both covered and open). Nice size pool and there is a hot tub along with plenty of pool chairs. Highly recommend!!
