The home was very clean and comfortable. I loved that the shared bath was thought out with extra hooks for towels. Most places forget about those details. The kitchen had what was needed for meal prep. The pool was private and there was a nice walking path behind the house. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a Vacasa rental on a Saturday, but unfortunately our tour company cancelled our trip the very next day. We cancelled the reservation on Sunday—just a few hours outside Vacasa’s 24‑hour window—and reached out to explain the situation and see if they could offer at least a partial refund. Despite the circumstances, Vacasa refused to return any portion of the payment, including the cleaning fee for a stay that never happened. When we asked why the cleaning fee wouldn’t be refunded, the response we received was simply, “because we can based on the agreement.”

We understand policies exist for a reason, but the lack of flexibility or willingness to work with customers in good faith was disappointing. Anyone considering booking through Vacasa should be aware of how strictly they enforce their policies and how little room there is for understanding or fairness. Proceed with caution and make sure you’re comfortable with their business practices before booking.

The rental experience was excellent!

We had a great time, in a lovely house that fit all of our needs. We will definetly be using Vacasa again over the other sites.

Very easy to use; clear and timely communication. Property was as described and amenities were included. We appreciated the Vacasa welcome package with laundry supplies, dish soap, etc.

Great location great condo all the amenities. The only thing I would recommend is the master bedroom King bed is not comfortable at all. There is a foam mattress pad on it. It will be great to have a light bed that people are used to in a place. We're gonna stay for five nights. The second bedroom in one of the bedrooms was actually sloping so it was not really something that we could use at all. Other than that, it was beautifully decorated great view, lots of extras. The hot tub was not working when we had come, which is very unfortunate because it was cool and we were looking forward to that. That was one of the reasons we picked this place because it has such a large hot tub on site.

This beautiful historic home with modern touches was our home away from home for Spring Break 2026. It was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as the medical conference we were attending. The home was spacious enough and very comfortable for our family of 6. We had access to high speed internet and smart TV, a front and back yard patio, fully equipped kitchen, private enclosed parking space, beautiful view of the Space Needle and many nearby commodities such as grocery store and local eateries. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay there again! Check it out next time you’re in Seattle!

We loved the location and the villa. Everything was clean, fresh and well supplied.

Just OK- places clean but beach chairs were rusty and patio furniture was dated. Also a couple of broken games were left. Area was OK close to the bus stop.

Don’t love how I book through Vrbo thinking it would be personal with a host. It’s not. It’s a big company and communication is awful. I forgot something and reached out right away, and still haven’t heard back and it’s been 3 days, among other issues.

As advertised. Nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. Excellent communication from vicasa.com but not intrusive… Just welcomed us wanted feedback about whether it was clean and then it was an easy check in and check out through a one click process with no fuss.

Adorable studio room; very compact, tidy, and clean. Everything we needed for short visit to Savannah for a wedding and convenient to all we wanted to experience while there. Clear instructions and prompt communication. Loved our stay!

We stayed 1 week at the Shoshone in Big Sky and it was a relaxing experience. The room was spacious and they provided games/activities for family time. It also had everything that we needed for meals. The location was also right next to the sky lifts and restaurants/stores. Would definitely stay here again.

The Cabin was really nice and cozy. Loved the hot tub on the porch and the Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. The only negative I would say was the kitchen did not have enough dishes, especially mixing bowls and there were only two butter knives but other than that everything was great!! Will definitely go back.

The check in process was easy and the location in proximity to the mountain idea. The house itself is a charming but in need of a bit of love. The bathrooms are old, many outlets not working, and the oven in need of cleaning (when we turned it on to make cookies, the smoke detector went off). The living area is warm and cozy for game play. The kitchen cabinets are a hodgepodge of random items and yet no can opener. The toiletries under the sink in the respective bathrooms make you feel like you walked into someone else's bathroom. All easy tweaks to make a special place all the more special and aligned with the price point. One more thing, we were surprised that there is a surcharge to use the hot tub (not clear in listing) and even then you have to give three days notice???

Amazing space for a family of 6. Super clean and super relaxing. Highly recommend.
