This is one of those services that seems too good to be true, even in retrospect, but isn't. We just returned from an amazing trip booked with Vacation Award, and the range of options they offer is unmatched. But what really set this company apart for me was the direct, personal customer service, which sadly cannot be said for many other travel services that treat their guests as expendable. NOT THE CASE HERE! So grateful to Nicholas and the team for saving our trip!!

I was privelaged enough to work with Tim on some of vacations. We auctioned them off and did great. With being our first time using vacation award, there were a lot of questions and fears. But Tim helped every step of the way. He was always looking for ways to even improve his already excellent customer service.
