Thank you for all the advise and economic prices on the stay. If it wasn't from this site then I believe would have ended up paying Higher than the actual Cost, found the same property on Multiple websites for a much higher price. Was able to save a couple of extra Dollars (nothing changed neways, but even a penny or two) still counts.

There is a company called vacationhomeletting (note - without the plural "s") who I have no reason to doubt but I checked this copy out after they phoned me and I insisted they communicate by email, which they stupidly did. It looks like all their properties on their website are copied from other legitimate sites. BEWARE!
