Outstanding service and attention
Outstanding service and attention. As an expat in the Netherlands, I was a bit afraid of not receiving excellent attention or not understanding something. They were extremely helpful, easy to work with and attentive.

Missed emails! And extra fine.
Unfortunately, the payment process and customer care experience let this down.
All mails from Vaccinatiepunt went to my junk mail, after which I was served a fine for late payment. On trying to address the issue with the customer service representative, Thijs, they were rude and condescending over email - without offering to find a solution.
I will not use again.

Convenient and Friendly
Very good experience. Wondering why we were not aware about them earlier, and we had been going to another company. The staff is very friendly. Getting an appointment and help via helpline is easy. Though the prices are similar to elsewhere, the real plus is the ability to have appointments on weekends and late afternoon. Fully recommended.

Very efficient and friendly!
Very efficient! We were a bit behind and concerned because GP said they could not do required travel vaccinations and GGD was already full. Vaccinatiepunt was quick and responsive. The appointment took 15 minutes for my spouse and myself, very pleasant and personable experience.
