SCAM

The 5 Star review above is literally the guy I had to Zoom for 3 hours. His bad jokes actually worked, so he is a troll. We were taken to the cleaners as well.

Left a very bad taste

Left a very bad taste. As bad as a timeshare company using very scammy tactics. Spent more than 4 hours. Legit company, we got a free cruise but with a lot of restrictions. We signed for a start membership since we did not trust their nice talk. We checked for few vacations we had planned for 2026. They asked for a huge amount of money to at the end just get a travel agent. You first have to send an email and then they contact you. Cannot do more than one enquiry per phone call. All the prices they gave us were more expensive (Condos, car rentals, airfares) than what we gathered on the web for the dates we wanted to travel. The great deal they use for hotels or condos are just examples but for dates when nobody is traveling. Caution: we canceled the membership but you only have 3 days from signing the contract to send a written letter for your cancelation.
I will not recommend this Vacations company to anybody. It is cheaper to get advice to your local travel agency if you have one or do research on the web.

DO NOT SIGN UP

This whole experience has been a joke. We didn't make it past the "free" vacation and $100 dinner gift card that is promised if you sign up for the "Vacations" membership. We sat on a Zoom call. The speaker really sold the company. He made it sound like you just pick up the phone and tell the concierge where exactly you want to travel to, etc. and POOF you have travel plans. The company used for this "free" vacation is called gocrv.com. You have to call every week to find out if the time you want to travel is available. I had been on hold for 40-45 minutes at a time because I was anxious to book this trip. Well to get this free cruise, what they don't tell you up front, is that it is NOT free. The ship choices are three, the ports are limited; you are expected to fly in a day early but at your expense. Then you have to get yourselves to the ship and then back to the airport when the cruise is over. Lots of expenses and pretty much not your choice of where you will go because of the "availability". You are rooming in the bowels of the ship, unless you want to pay for an upgrade, of course. I wish I would have had the common sense to realize what a scam this was but no, we were taken for $4300 for nothing and we do not have that kind of money to just throw away. I'm SO disappointed in myself for falling for this scam. I need to find out how to get out of this agreement and move on while I continue to pay for something that gave me nothing in return. Don't do it people. Remember this, NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE. My Dad is just shaking his head because that was his mantra and I totally ignored that whisper in my ear that day we fell for this scam.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eight Years Strong with Vacations…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eight Years Strong with Vacations / RSI Vacations (vacsuppliers.com)

I’ve been a member for eight years now, and I can’t even count how many times I’ve had amazing customer service from these guys — easily nine or more times every single year. Their white-glove concierge team is next-level.

But here’s one that really blew me away.
They’ve got a 110% Price Match Guarantee — and I always thought you had to file a claim for that to work. Nope.

I booked an all-inclusive trip to Cancun for two, with airfare included, for $1,199. Pretty great already, right? Two weeks before Christmas, too.
Then I noticed the price dropped $600 — and guess what? I got a credit automatically.

That’s when I realized: this company isn’t just good, they’re legitimately ethical.

So yeah, I saw the 3.2 rating online and had to laugh. If you’re looking at wholesale travel and you don’t think $699 a couple for a week in Cancun with airfare and 110% price-match protection is a great deal… you don’t need a new travel program — you need a therapist. 😄

Rock on, Vacations.

My parents bought into this vacation…

My parents bought into this vacation membership, but everything about it is shady. The website doesn’t include the company name, nor does the brochure. The brochure says “Member Getaways” but the website is vacsuppliers.com. I believe they target elderly potential clients.
