Not surprised by the negative reviews, delayed by weeks so I cancelled my order.

Bad business! It's been 17 days since I placed an order with this company. They deposited my money right away! I have tried to email them 3 times. Have tried calling them. They haven't responded to anything as of yet. I still haven't received my product either. I guess I have just been scammed.

I ordered replacement bags and received a notice that the bags were shipped via USPS on 7/3/2015. I have called on 7/31, 8/5 and no one has returned my call. I emailed the company on 7/23, 7/29 and 8/5. Still no one has contacted me. Today is 8/10/2015. Over a month and no product and no response.

I was surprised by the negative reviews. I've ordered through this company twice. My first order did take a few weeks to fill. The web-site says that your credit card doesn't get charged until they have and can ship the part. Once my card was finally charged I had the part in a few days.
My second order I placed on a Sunday. My part arrived by Thursday.
While I hate my Electrolux Oxygen Canister vacuum, "vacuums24X7 makes not buying a new vacuum easier".

I ordered a HEPA filter, a crevis tool, a stair cleaning tool and a pre-motor foam filter... although they never responded to my 2 emails asking them when I could expect delivery, I did receive a confirmation number and my complete order arrived in the mail within a week. No problems, and I'm sorry for those that did have issues. My order was okay.

Vacumms 24x7.com is not acceptable.They list no current telephone number on their web site.I found it which is currently 703-450-7778 as of 6-10.Their order process i can not be checked on accept by email, or as of now the telephone number I listed .Orders are not filled for weeks.Buyer beware!

THIS COMPANY HAD A HARD TO FIND PART THAT I NEEDED; I PLACED THE ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 29 AND RECEIVED THE PART ON OCTOBER 4. MY VACUUM IS NOW RUNNING LIKE NEW THANKS TO VACUUMS24X7.COM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.

I placed an order for vacuum bags on 9/18/09. As of today 9/25/09 the bags are out of stock. They cannot tell me when they will ship and will not cancel the order despite the fact that then cannot process it. I will never ever do business with this company again and recommend that you do the same. Read the About US section of their website. Under no circumstances will they cancel an order even if they cannot supply the merchandise ordered. If I could rate this company with "0" stars I would.

Be very wary of this company. Before purchasing anything review their Terms and Conditions. This company has a No Cancel policy, is quick to take your money and then don't deliver the product. I've tried contacting them by email on three occasions, and by phone. They don't accept phone calls by the way for problems concerning your order! It's been 20 days, I still don't have an order confirmation number and I still don't have the product I ordered, however; Vacuums24x7.com has my money! BUYER BEWARE!

The worst webstore experience I\\'ve ever had! Item update link was useless, never gave any info at all. Took forever to respond to repeated emails. Finally, after more than a week and after I sent numerous unanswered emails, they sent email saying item had been backordered but now received and would be shipping \"this week.\" Next day, I get email saying item is backordered! How interesting, item was back ordered, then available, then back on back order. Unlike the rest of this transaction, the charge to my credit card was quite prompt, so they\\'ve got my $ but I don\\'t have the items. Told them to cancel the order. Can\\'t wait to see how fast they do this and credit my card. Also can\\'t wait to see if they honor their promise to issue $5.00 credit for not responding to emails (promise is prominent on their \"About Us\" page.) Do not buy from these people. Would rate customer service less than 1 if I could. ...

Very impressive company! Along with vacuums24X7.com’s very impressive inventory, ease of ordering and fast shipping is even more impressive. I received notification of item shipped and a tracking number within two days, and delivery of my order three days later via standard shipping. Can’t beat that! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is need of vacuum related parts or products.
