Signed up weeks ago and still not working! You have to download an app for customer service! Customer service is worse! Very rude and not helpful! Just because they are volunteers doesn't mean they should be rude! Have applied to have charges reversed as I'm not paying for a service I cannot use! They trash talk newbies!

Originally i signed up for 1 month sub back in early 2018, i was very please with the quality of the content they were providing and I didn't have any issues with buffering or app crashes. After checking out a few other sub, and not being happy with what they offered i purchased a 6 month sub with vaders in mid 2018. I am not happy with the service they are providing and the support is not professional. Hopefully they can somehow get them selves back to a spot where it was an enjoyable experience from a customer perspective ... you get what you pay for .... : )

Vaders are impossible to deal with.
This service just doesn't work. The Irish channels continually stop and buffer. When I asked for money back here's the one line response I got:
"No you can’t its iptv. Things don’t work correctly all the time especially international channels! Get over it."
Impossible to get support, apart from the above email.

Best service of this type that I have ever used, the owner communicates, any time that he has to take the servers down for maintenance via facebook and twitter. I highly recommend this service, ever through any of his resellers as well. The quality is superb, and is mainlly up

I paid for a48 hour trial with Vader streams they cut me off half way through. Their app did not work well ether. Sent email to complain but no answer. Glad I never signed up for their full package. KEEP AWAY.

I paid for a 2 day trial and was cut…
I paid for a 2 day trial and was cut off after 30 hours. During that time there were frequent downtimes, application crashes and buffering. My advice is to stay away. The support team didnt care about me being cut off early. My advice, steer clear of this service!
P.S when i complained about the service , support team informed me they didnt like people like me...amazing, shocking, disgusting.
