Ordered a product, never received it, requested helped several times with zero response. Reported to my credit card as fraud.

Order was placed and they charged my account. Never received the order, never responded to the several emails I sent. Then their website is shut down so it is impossible to process or request a return. Total scam

Worst customer service, take your money then no other contact!
I placed an order on 13 July 2025, apart from the first email confirming my order I have received absolutely no correspondence from them. I have emailed numerous times, sent messages via their feedback form, not one response or acknowledgment. I explained this was a present for a child, still no response. This company has the worst customer service, no regard for their customers, they are scammers, do not purchase from this company, you will lose your money, spend a lot of time chasing but to no avail! Avoid at all costs. If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately was not able to.

Ordered a month ago, still nothing
Ordered thread beach wrap on 20 June, via Shop app, but nothing has happened since. Contacted by email, and by their so called 'support' option but nothing. Shop app support is just a bit which tells me it hasnt shipped yet, DO NOT BUY, SCAMMERS

Scam company, do not order from them!
I ordered an indoor security camera on the 4 June 2025 and it still hasn't been delivered. I was told to check for delivery updates by using the Shop app, but that does not work and nothing comes up when I search my order details etc. I've emailed the company a few times and received no response and it is almost as if they have gone ghost. So I have no product and no refund. DO NOT PURCHASE from them, it is a scam company!!!
