My dad had a robotic surgery in Sept 2024 and Viadam Health facilitated the process. From getting the quotes from different medical doctors to scheduling & attending virtual consultation meetings with the doctor, airport pick up, supporting with accommodation upon my parents’ arrival , initial hospital visits, airport drop off after 6weeks of being in India etc, Dr. Shruti and her team were professional and provided excellent services. The selected Surgeon, Dr. Mohan of Fortis Hospital Bangalore was absolutely brilliant. My dad received the best care at such a critical time and I am deeply grateful to have contacted Viadam Health. Thank you Dr Shruti for bringing the needed “care” to the service provided.

The help we recieved has been invaluable. Our 17 days journey have been exceptional thanks to Mr. Avorto. He was with us every step of the way, giving unwavering support whenever we needed. Understanding our specific requirements, he connected us with top neuro surgeons. Avorto bhai also played a crucial role in facilitating clear and efficient communication throughout our time. After consulting with few doctors, we decided to do our treatment in Kauvery Hospital, from Dr. K Sridhar. The decision was also a part of suggestion from our coordinator. Now we are seeing the good results.

Our experience was made great by the amazing assistance we got whilst planning for the medical trip. We got doctors' opinions and estimated costs from Heena Chawla which is vital for planning purposes and she even organised a video consultation for us. We acquired our online visas within a short space of time, accommodation was arranged and a member of the Vaidam team picked us from the airport to our guesthouse.

A mobile line was immediately arranged for us as well as Rupees for day-to-day use. At the hospital, we had all errands our with the assistance of Abdul Wahid. We really appreciate all his running around for doctor's appointments, tests, payments, results, admission for surgery till we were discharged from hospital. The team we worked with is very patient, punctual, reliable and diligent in their work. They were in touch with us throughout our stay.

The company assisted me in terms of travel arrangement to India for a successful surgery for my daughter who suffered brain tumour in May 2017.
Their services are excellent and reliable.

In March 2024, my wife fell sick. The local Doctors in Zimbabwe did an operation that did not help. Realising that we needed more help, I went on the Internet looking for contacts in India. Vidam came to our view. Vidam, through Heena Chawla, assisted us in finding a good Hospital and very comfortable accomodation.

Heena assigned her assistant Gaurav Gangwani to handle our hospital affairs. They made sure a taxi was available on time for hospial visits. Food was also ordered and delivered on time toour hotel.

Vidam arranged all our visa and travel issues to and from India very well.

Currently, Vidam thru Heena is organising and negotiating with a hospital and doctors for our next medical visit to India.
