I bought the theater seating a few years ago and still loving them. Definitely get the ones with adjustable head rests! Very comfortable!

Valencia is a company I wasn’t aware of but I was given so much assurance that my purchase would come with a love it or return policy no questions asked. Corresponds was positive on phone and reviews all seemed happy. Delivery free and returned free within 15 days if not satisfied. Quality 10/10 price for quality equally great.

The product quality is great, comfort & ease of use is perfect for us. Delivery was spot on according to their ETA - no damage - everything fitted / worked as described. Couldn't be more pleased with overall experience.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a new Pista sectional for about $4,000 and the unit delivered did not match the quality or appearance of the showroom model and online advertising. The leather was visibly loose and wrinkled, one section was misaligned, and there was also a headrest issue. After extensive follow-up, the resolution offered was a $500 credit and repair or a return with a $1,000 shipping charge. This was not buyer’s remorse. It was a concern about quality and representation. I have filed with BBB, Ontario Consumer Protection, registered a dispute of the charges on my credit card and about to start a small claims case.

Our whole experience was great. Trevor provided expert advice on the selection of our seats. The quality is amazing. The shipping worked out perfectly. Robin gave us great advice on setup, which was easy. They look great on our media room.

This was an outstanding experience all around! The seats are fantastic, beautifully designed, durable, and extremely comfortable, making them well worth the investment. I was equally impressed by the exceptional customer service, as the team was professional, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. The delivery process was smooth and timely, with everything arriving in perfect condition. It’s rare to find such a combination of quality products and excellent service these days. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and high-end seating solution.

I recently purchased the Artisan Leather Corner Sectional Lounge. This is the first time I have purchased furniture online. I was a bit nervous as I would usually prefer to see things in person rather than take a gamble on quality, but I couldn’t find anything that I liked locally.
I was delighted when the couch arrived; it was in perfect condition, the fabric and make were of high quality and it was super comfy. It also had that lovely ‘new leather’ smell. I have had a few phone and email communications with Valencia over the last few weeks and they have always replied promptly and helpfully. Very happy.

The worst experience. I bought a love seat, one side came in with a broken headrest, they replaced it with a new one leather one but that new leather one is a totally different leather hyde, much darker. The headrest also doen't line up and they dont fit together and there is a tear on one end. I asked for a completely new set so it all matches, fits and the way I purchased it. They won't replace, refund or work with me. It was all under a 1 year warranty. Very disappointed and now presuing small claims and district attorny and already reported to BBB

Experience was great. My order consisted of a reclining 2 seat sofa and 2 individual chairs. The sofa came in on time but the chairs were unfortunately backorder. Valencia gave me the option to "borrow" 2 chairs. (Choice from 3 styles) which would be picked up when my chairs arrived. This worked out perfectly. Great customer service.

Their great ! I purchased a single recliner.

Delivery was to the door only and these are heavy so make sure you have someone to help get them inside.

Compared to soft lounge chair type recliners these are not. They are super sturdy and well built.

I took a few weeks before reviewing. These chairs are very supportive and slightly firmer than other lounge recliners I have tried. But I like them !

We needed some new comfortable seats for enjoying TV time. The massage and heat are wonderful bonuses. Delivery and set up was done very professionally. Purchase was made online after a very good chat exchange with a sales person.

Purchased the Parma Leather Chesterfield Sofa and absolutely love it! Exceeded my expectations.

Ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered six days later. White glove delivery was over and above!

I am honestly so impressed with these Valencia Tuscany chairs. We just finished our theater room and these are definitely the highlight. The material feels very premium and they are incredibly comfortable for sitting through a long movie. You can really tell that they are well-made and built to last.

I also had a great experience with their customer service. I reached out with a few general questions when the chairs first arrived and the team was really fast to get back to me with helpful answers.

The only small thing I would point out is specific to this Heat & Massage model. The remote for those features feels a bit outdated and bulky compared to how modern and sleek the chairs look. It isn't the most intuitive design to use. Also, the description mentions USB-C charging, but I haven't been able to find a USB-C port anywhere on the unit. The USB-A port that is included is located right at the top of the remote controller, which is a bit of an awkward spot for a charger.

Even with those minor quirks regarding the remote, the actual quality and comfort of the seating are easily five stars. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone building out a home cinema.
