The worst loveseat I have ever had. Bought the insurance which was extra. After less than 6 months it was falling apart. The initial Valencia insurance was 12 months but after I called them up and told them that I had extra insurance, they said then I have to go through them. I spent $2200 on the sofa and the insurance cover company offered me $460. never buy insurance and never buy anything from this company. no, no no.

It has been very difficult to get the sofa we ordered. Valencia missed their delivery commitment and communications with them has been lacking. I am still waiting on our order since November and it stuck in a warehouse somewhere. I would not recommend this company if schedule is important. I cannot speak for the quality as it has not arrived. I will not purchase from them in the future as there are many others that provide professional service. I may have saved a few $100 dollars but not work the hassle.

Very professional and absolutely amazing quality furniture

Absolutely love my chair. Being 6'5" tall and having a bad back, finding something that fit my frame and that was comfortable was not easy to do. After not finding anything at our local stores, we came across Valencia's website. The website was easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. We took a chance and purchased the Tuscany Luxury XL without knowing if it would fit my build. It is the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat in. I loved it so much, we purchased the Tuscany Luxury for my wife also.

Items were delivered in a timely manner, exactly as described and the staff was very courteous and professional.

Super happy with my Serena sectional. The quality is even better in person than it seems on photo. Couch is super comfortable and have not stopped receiving compliments since it arrived.

I bought the Octavia 2-seater reclining sofa to improve movie nights and am very happy with my purchase. The sofa is of a good quality, comfortable, and looks great. This model has a very compact tilt/recline design for folks who need to put it as close to the wall as possible to maximize the space in the room. It also has a deep back rest which my six-year old son has decided is "the best place to sit" so he can be higher than everyone else. Each to their own. All in all, I'm a happy buyer.

This theater seating hit the spot for our sore neck. Yes the adjustable head support resolved our issue. The lumbar support is also appreciated. The Tuscany seating looks awesome and fits with our decor! The one thing we regret is not ordering and waiting for the heating option. We live in Canada and keep our basement at 68 degrees so it's a little nippy when you first settle down. Nothing is perfect but this comes close.

I received my order in a short amount of time. The installation was easy.

My wife and I needed a second row of seating for our home theater. We decided to go with the Valencia Tuscany. And they are the perfect addition to the room. They're soft and supportive with great recline and the head rest has the perfect tilt. I guess now I'm gonna have to replace the old couch in the back with more Valencia seats.

From delivery to set up to help with inside sales people everything went smoothly. The quality of the couch for the price is excellent and we've had it for a few months and very happy with it.

Purchasing with Valencia was very easy.

We recently purchased the Valencia Luxury seating for our game room and couldn’t be happier. Kids love the built in lighting, and I love the ability to articulate the head and torso section. We will definitely be purchasing more seating in the near future.

Valencia quick at delivering once the order was placed. The chairs themselves work well & look fantastic. They are incredibly comfortable and after a year it’s like they are brand new.

Buying these chairs was definitely the right home theatre move!

Totally unreliable blaming their courier company Rhenus (least said about them the better)
2 failed delivery dates at short notice. Now receiving delaying emails stating that they are awaiting cancel details from their delivery company before making a refund??!!. You are the supplier, you choose your courier...4 days after cancelling delivery at 90 minutes notice they have still failed to confirm a delivery date. Circa £2k out of pocket...taking to Paypal resolution as they are unwilling to confirm a refund

It was so great to work with Felipe and Mexico Valencia team to co ordinate the purchase and shipping of the product to my home. The product arrived without any damage and we are enjoying the seats now.

I placed an order with this company about two and a half months ago, and I have not received the product yet. Each time I contacted customer service, I was informed that the item had not arrived at their warehouse. During one call, the conversation ended suddenly after I expressed concern about the delay.

Based on my personal experience so far, I would not choose to place another order with this company.

Constant delays and when sofa arrived was missing Ottoman. Had to wait for 2 further delivery dates to finally get full sofa.
Will never buy from VTS again
