Waqar came down measured up. Gave me different options to choose from. Fast and effective service. Blinds were fitted within a couple days. Well recommend. Will use in the future

Rude horrible being 280 pounds blinds broken and he won’t come out to fix them absolutely shocking behaviour I had to spend more money to get new blinds cause they’re broken doesn’t matter. It’s only money. I’m not bothered. I won’t be using this company again. I don’t recommend this to anybody, I’m not interested anymore don’t need the hassle it’s all the money you’re not gonna take it with you. Some people want something for nothing and the blinds broken the same day seven blinds came off but doesn’t matter. I moved on. Don’t need the hassle in the drama. I found a new place better than that I’ll get more new blinds. Someone who knows what he’s doing poor customer service and waste my time and money poor quality material, I’m not bothered about money easy come easy go I’m out of pocket £280 with the time waste of money worth of energy messaging this guy. Absolute shocking said he was out the country when he wasn’t after lies after lies. This isn’t that how you run a business as a humanity nowhere to advantage of my kindness a good nature what goes around comes around, always come for you if you do good you get good if you do bad to get bad I’m not interested. I’m out of pocket. I have to spend more money to get new blinds because I threw them in the bin. They’re not good to me if they’re falling down and then won’t go back on. waste of money waste of time and energy he was fast enough to come and collect my money and pressurise me to get the blinds and I only wanted a quote. it’s fast enough to tip my money in my deposit, but he never come out to fix them and he has a cheek to turn up when he wanted to. Avoid this place

Excellent quality on the blinds and the service was second to none.
Waqar came and had a look and recommended the best blinds for my property even though they were cheaper. That's when I knew service was more important to them than price.

My partner contacted Valentina Blinds as we needed replacement blind strips. Valentina Blinds came to our rescue a appointment was booked for Naeem to measure up there are so many lovely colours and materials to choose from nearly couldn't decide went for a silver grey with a pattern too a appointment was booked to have them fitted then Adam came to fit them even kept me updated throughout the day and even fitted them 2 days earlier than planned too which was great. I would recommend Valentina Blinds to anyone Brilliant Service 5 STARS
