They do not respond to customer emails at all. I contacted them regarding a product concern and received no reply. There is effectively no support when it comes to authenticity issues. The full-size perfume smells completely different from the official samples they send out for free, which is very misleading.

This was my first and last purchase from this company brand.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Awful cheeky customer service, unhelpful, unwillingness to help with issues.

The product is lovely but everything else isn't.

I'll never use them again!

I thought about my order because of the reviews but edged my bets by ordering with PayPal. Just received my full order with no issues at all. Tracked delivery which kept me up to date with delivery. My personal experience of this website is purely positive. Would highly recommend.

I ordered without reading the previous reviews and I was concerned that my order wouldn’t show up or was missing items…
It came within the delivery time frame and my order was complete and well packaged. The freebies were a lovely added touch to the perfume , thank you.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering - and it's quite clear from the reviews that they don't care about bad experiences as not a single response to any. Despite the perfume I wanted being around £20 cheaper on many websites, I decided to purchase for two reasons:

- firstly, it was offering free engraving, and as this was a gift, I thought that would be a nice touch
- secondly, they were offereing a free gift for purchases over £100.

So now to my experience and why I am giving 1 star.

- on the engraving issue, whenever I tried to place the order initially it wouldn't let me for no obvious reason. The only way I got around this was to not request the engraving, at which point my order went through fine. So obviously the issue was with adding the bottle with the engraving, so completey pointless offering the service when it didn't let you complete the order!!!
- as mentioned there was an offer for a free gift (with 3 items) if spending over £100 (which I did). I also separately had a promotion code for an additional gift (made up of 2 items). I ended up receiving a total of 3 additional items and not the 5 offered. For one of the items, I received an email confirming they didn't have the item and that they would not be providing an alternative. The only reason stated for this in the email was, 'For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to replace this item.'
- finally, the delivery is extremely slow. Took a week to receive the item!

I wouldn't have ordered had it not been for the complimentary gifts. No attempt made to provide an alternative, and receving just over 50% of the items is extremely poor!

So if you are reading this before buying, strongly suggest you save money and buy through a third party website as it is very likely you will get a better price and a better service.

Not a great experience the first time I ordered-my orders were never sent out! Second time was ok until I emailed them as one of my free gifts was missing-they just said in their t&c’s it says stock dependent-but they were still giving away the gift on the website…
They don’t care-they haven’t responded to a single complaint on here.

I was very pleased to receive such a neatly and nicely packed parcel. Thank you very much for the complimentary small bottles of perfume and the cosmetic bags. Ordered a gift set for Christmas from the UK website, to find the item comes from France. Ordered end November. Never received it. Contacted them and received no reply, contacted through PYPAL, no reply. This company obviously thinks I can just wait, and wait for my £74.

Placed order for a Valentino box set including 50ml perfume & 15ml travel size perfume in gift box totalling £74. They sent me an individual perfume with no delivery note. I have sent 6 emails/ messages to them now and they do not get back to you. This is meant to be a Xmas gift for my daughter. Unacceptable customer service. I wish I had read the poor reviews prior to purchasing. Will never use them again & would advise no one else to. Very unprofessional service

I placed an order on 11/12 after being tempted by a 20% discount & free samples.

Have to admit, that after reading the reviews on here I was beginning to question my decision.

Happy to say however, the order arrived in perfect condition within 4 days.

Would definitely order again.

Ordered over £150 of perfumes from them, never arrived, sent 3 emails to which they never responded too.
Called to find out situation, said item is lost in transit and will process a refund which will take upto 15 days.
Wouldn't send out replacements and told if wanted a replacement to order it again, which would be 30% more than when I ordered on black Friday.

Have used valentino products for a few years but will be finding an alternative from now.

I placed an order and regretted it when I later saw the reviews here - I needn’t have!! Order came super quick, exactly as ordered plus some freebies and great discounts compared to high street. Would definitely order again.

Ordered from this website before reading reviews, glad I did as I wouldn't have ordered given the low rating. My experience was thankfully 5 star, beautifully packaged, fast delivery, up to date tracking throughout and excellent customer service. Lovely perfume too with free samples 😍

It is truly disconcerting to learn that after committing to purchasing a designated expensive item, the promised complimentary gift is no longer available due to being out of stock, as confirmed by the customer service representative I conversed with. Such an occurrence is both astonishing and distressing. I regret to inform you that this incident has left a lasting negative impression, resulting in my decision to refrain from future purchases and place my trust in your advertisements!

Just like the rest of the reviews, item didn’t arrive and it is embarrassing they think they are a luxery brand, first time ordering and they will never see an order from me again. Don’t know how they expect to have return customers. There is no customer service, my item was never going to be delivered and when k called through the guy said with no sympathy and coldness that’s it’s not coming and I will process a refund, no resolution. Don’t waste your time on this company! Find a brand with good customer service.

Item never arrived. Rang to ask where it was and the operator said they don’t have time to ring the courier. Charming!!!

Ordered on 10th Nov 2023 bought some parfums totally £91 and received an email from them to tracking my orders on 16th Nov 2023 my package has left from carrier facility until now I didn’t received anymore an update from them and still waiting my package with empty hand. Called Valentino Beauty costumer service, they are rude and not friendly with the customer.

Ordered on 6th July…. 3 weeks later, still nothing! They are warning of delayed shipping at the moment but no reason as to why?
I get items from china within days???
No offer of a link to track the parcel.
Just said they will investigate!

Placed my order on June 30th and the order is still not shipped as of today July 26th.
I contacted customer service twice only to be told "We kindly ask you to have patience a few days more and apologize again for the inconvenience" it has been more that 2 weeks since I got this....no other updates.

Ordered on 3/7/23 and still not received anything. Customer service say there’s nothing they can do. Offered 25 percent of next order and told to wait. It’s now been over 3 weeks …..
