Beautiful aromas and great service from Valentte

Fantastic products from Valentte and speedy service. I received a Valentte diffuser as a birthday gift and was overwhelmed by the beautiful aroma that filled my home when I entered. I then bought three gift sets that were on special offer and gave them to friends as birthday gifts. They too comment on the beautiful, long-lasting aroma. I’ve just bought various diffusers to try the different aromas and have to say that I’m loving every one so far. The packaging is gorgeous, seems very personalised. Delivery is super quick, I love the fact that these products are produced in the UK and as environmentally friendly as possible. Also buying refills make sense rather than excessive packaging. Extremely happy. Highly recommended.

Lovely products lovely service.

I recently had a order delivered of diffuser and refills. The top on 1 of the refils was loose and had leaked all over. I emailed customer service and within 2 days I received a replacement. Its easy to order. The diffusers smell amazing. There is a great choice of different aromas. They can even recommend an aroma for you. Lovely products and lovely service.

Really Disappointed .

Really Disappointed .. have spent quite a lot with Valentte. Their Rosemary & Lemongrass is far away their best item. The other scents don’t quite have the same punch. However made quite a big order recently, unfortunately 2 of the candles were less than perfect. Contacted customer support for help and before they would do anything by way of replacement they requested they must be returned first. Really don’t have the time to have to repackage and drop off the faulty items before replacements would be sent. So intitally wanting to use these as display candles is now pretty pointless as I won’t be returning these items and have given up. It is what it is but again to many hoops to have to jump through for goods that were not up to spec. Update: received a response to return the items!!!!l Like I said I give up!!! I don’t have the time to run around returning items that are not fit for purpose.

Lovely products.

This time I ordered diffusers and some more hand cream. I keep pots dotted everywhere and just love them. I always have a diffuser in my downstairs loo. Most are amazing but only I find in small rooms. I will always buy Valentte and I will only ever use their body butters as they are divine. Happy customer.

Very quick delivery time

As always a very quick delivery of my order this time for the 12 months of fragrance room mists. I love two of three fragrances and will try the third, which is Gingerbread cookies, at Christmas time having sprayed it just now. Its just a little heavier and I have a preference for the lighter fragrances. That said the set itself is great value.

Wonderful products

Wonderful products. The Lemongrass diffuser gets comments from our patients every day and often leads them to buy them themselves. I have these all over my home and workplace.

One of the best

Absolutely love the Reed diffusers and candles I got on a special bundle. I love the scents and have had lots of compliments from family and friends when they visit my home. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service

I recently placed my first order when I saw there was a great value offer. The products arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. One of my fragrance choices wasn’t available and had been substituted with one I probably would not have chosen however when I contacted the support team they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. The bottles, reeds and fragrances are high quality and I love the fresh smell welcoming me when I open my door.

I have purchased many items from…

I have purchased many items from Valentte over the past couple of years but never set up an account. With an order I placed before Christmas 25 I decided to buy a 12 month delivery pass, but when placing my next order I was being charged for delivery. I contacted Valentte who said there was no record of me purchasing the pass. Won’t be buying from them again.

Fabulous Customer Service

I received my order quickly via Royal Mail and it was damaged (box being stained as if liquid had soaked through) so I refused the order and postman took it back. I emailed Valentte who dispatched my replacement immediately and have received it today. Fantastic customer service. !!
It is beautifully packaged(part of my order is a gift) and the products are amazing! They smell gorgeous and I look forward to trying them all. The 4 room sprays are great value too.

And my postman is still saying the back of his van has never smelt so lovely 😍

I love these diffusers

I love these diffusers, the delivery is quick and the products arrive beautifully packaged. I have tried numerous fragrances but the White Neroli and Lemon is my stand out favourite. I also love the Portofino, but it’s not always available. The fragrance lasts ages and I have had numerous compliments from visitors and even my plumber asked for details as he loved the smell.
The gift boxes are lovely and although I have purchased a couple they have never made it yet to the intended recipient as I kept them myself 🫣.

Didn’t send what was ordered

Ordered a diffuser. I wasn’t aware it was out of stock until a completely different one was sent. The comp slip explained and said. ‘Thank you for your understanding.’ What the point of selecting something then being sent a different one. Going forward I’ll never order again because what you pick may not be what you get. They don’t tell you in advance just when you receive it. I did get a full refund, rightly so. but that’s not the point. A waste of everybody’s time and energy. And the assumption you’ll accept the alternate.

You’re absolutely right to expect that the item you select is the one you receive, and we understand why receiving a different diffuser without prior notice would be disappointing. The note included in your parcel was intended to explain the situation, but we appreciate that this should have been clearly communicated with you before dispatch, not after.

We did experience a stock issue with the item you selected, and while an alternative was sent with the intention of avoiding delay, we recognise that this approach missed the mark. We should have contacted you first to offer a choice, whether to wait, select an alternative, or cancel, rather than making that decision on your behalf.

I’m glad we were able to process a full refund for you, but I completely understand your point that this doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and wasted time.

Your feedback has been taken on board, and we are reviewing our processes to ensure better communication and transparency around stock availability moving forward.

Great company and wonderful customer service.

For the first time in the years I’ve bought from Valentte, I had a slight issue with my order. A quick email and everything was sorted out. Excellent business with wonderful products.
They are always beautifully presented and make excellent gifts - though you may never want to give them away once you smell them yourself. Can highly recommend.

Mmmmmm lovely smell

These are really lovely diffusers and you can smell them for ages and there are lots of fragrance choices...they re not a bad price too but with offers and free gifts they have at the moment they are an excellent price...i love these diffusers and have bought several...they are now my go to diffusers
