Fantastic service from beginning to end. Constantly kept in contact with us as our sale was not a smooth process! On moving day nothing was too much trouble, the team were so helpful, respectful of our property and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t rate this company highly enough. If you need to move this is the company to use.

Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. The lads were careful to professionally wrap up all our furniture, mattresses and framed pictures in protective coverings. All went well on the day and not a single thing broken! Would highly recommend.

Vale removals were absolutely amazing as they helped me out of a stressful last minute situation due to another company letting me down the day before completion. The team came in on their day off to save the day so I can honestly say they were utterly brilliant! I recommend anyone to use Vale not just because they did the job last minute but the team were extremely professional and managed to get my large furniture into my quirky small new property without any hiccups! Vale Removals were excellent right from the start. Great communication, comprehensive checklists, really accurate advice on our volumes, flexible and adaptable as our move progressed from exchange to completion, with reassurance all the way. Everything was performed with military precision and great care, with a plan for old house all out, and new house all in. TV’s, pictures, mirrors in special boxes and fragile,special things all looked after. Pre check, post check walkthrough. All belongings placed in the pre selected rooms in new house. Professional, well organised, very friendly and accommodating. Great management and a great team.

I used Vale Removals last August, it was my second house move in 6 months having previously moved from London. I had used a London mover the first time and the experience was dreadful, so I wasn't looking forward to a second move. Vale Removals were absolutely fantastic though; extremely helpful, very reassuring and genuinely really nice guys. They took the utmost care with my possessions and they did not rush the removal - in their words 'I had them for the whole day, until everything had been moved and put in its place' and they were true to their word.
When we got to the other end we realised my wardrobes would not fit up the stairs unless they were taken apart and for a very reasonable fee the did exactly that, they took them apart, got them up the stairs and put them back together again. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Very reliable and very caring.

First class service, everything done on time and all our property was handled with great care. So much so that I trusted them with a valuable family heirloom which originally I was going to move myself as it is so important. Having seen the way they handled the rest of our belongings I handed it over to them to move - it arrived safely at our new home. A very friendly group of guys and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company.

Couldn't fault Vale Removals. I really didn't know who to use but Vale Removals were very professional from the beginning. Gary and Gareth in the office were very understanding as I couldn't give a firm moving date. I was continually messed about with my completion/moving date but luckily Vale were very accommodating and able to fit me in the rearranged date. On the day the removal guys moved everything without any problems whatsoever, Dave and Martin were faultless and just took everything in their stride, nothing was any bother. They made what I thought would be a very stressful day pretty calm and assisted in making my move out and move in very smooth, calm and go without any hitches. Would highly recommend these guys. Professional, value for money.
