Very nice place to stay in . The landlord is always there to help and treat you like a family.

I've been really happy with my experience so far. Moved in recently and felt like I was given all the information I needed and have been able to easily get hold of the landlord when needed.

In general, professional, fast reply, detail oriented, and have a standard operation process. The housing agency is very kind and helpful. When I forgot to bring my key, he helped me to sort it out.

I got in touch with him through Spareroom and viewed the property before multiple times, Tariq was very patient and answered all my questions. Being new in the UK, I was a little anxious about the process and the renting scene but had an overall positive experience.

Even after moving in, Tariq has been very helpful with any issues/requests. In the initial days, I faced WiFi issues (range problem as the router was far from my room) and Tariq was quick to get a range extender with the guide to set it up.
