Session is not just bookish, it was deep with lot of examples, cross questions and clarification that make us understand and figureout our type and spouse type.
The personality type identication will help to understand the deep questions that you are not able to figure out with generic quotations, good vs bad and correct or incorrect beliefs and behavior.

The DLP sessions conducted on daily morning is awesome and it gives a positive energy for the entire day.
Monday meet-up provides lot of insights on relationship science and how to lead a better lovable marriage. The lessons learning from loveschool were not taught in any of the curriculum in my previous academic life. Great coaching.
