We paid for the exhibition booth more…

We paid for the exhibition booth more than one year ago. The organiser has continuously postponed the event without providing any credible explanation.

The company is now completely uncontactable: phone numbers are disabled and emails receive no response.

This conduct demonstrates a failure to perform contractual obligations and strongly suggests misrepresentation and potential fraud.

Be careful!

We booked a stand to display a product at the London Prop Tech show 2025, with the initial planned exhibition dates being for April 8-9, 2025, and Valiant & Company Ltd being the organizer of this event. They delayed the event twice, pushing it back by an entire year while holding our money that we spent on marketing (unless they decide to delay again, in which case it will be OVER A YEAR of waiting), and seeing as to how there was no certainty of it happening at all, we requested a refund. We engaged in a long and delayed conversation with them, with Valiant & Company wanting to chat about why we want to cancel (as if it isn’t obvious), offering us one-to-one meetings with attendees etc, basically anything but a refund. Only after receiving a letter from our lawyers they agreed to give us a refund within 10 days, after which we simply haven’t heard from them. Went to the court to try and get some compensation but it’s the same story there, no reply from these guys. Avoid at all costs!
They finally refunded the money, wasting our time and money on lawyers (non recoverable) and holding our marketing funds over a year.
horrible experience!
