Great Customer Service! Answered all my questions! I am now confident my medication is safe to take!

I am relieved to know that my prescriptions are tested for toxins before they are sent out after taking Valsartan/ HCTZ for years and was recalled because they contained potential cancer causing impurities.

Valisure is consistently the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. Just recently, I needed to have my medication shipped to another address at the last moment and I was able to get it handled immediately with a simple phone call. It really is like having your own personal pharmacist!

Valisure is excellent in many ways. First and foremost is that they test and analyze every medication so that it does not contain impurities/contaminants before they send to customers. And then there is the excellent customer service. The pharmacist and every other person I have spoken with are always very informative, helpful and extremely nice. They also work with you to get you the best price. A really good team of employees. And lastly, when you receive your prescription(s) in the mail, it's packaged beautifully - like receiving a gift. What a surprise! Totally not what one would expect, and a delight. So happy I found Valisure.

I am thankful for Valisure's testing of medications. It is sad to realize that there are many contaminated medications being swallowed by the American public.I only wish that all medications could be tested or reliably produced.

I am still working with Valisure so this is work in progress. However, what we've accomplished so far is VERY encouraging and I am more than pleased with Valisure's communication and philosophy. Valisure is desperately needed since they appear to be the only pharmacy that is going to the trouble and expense to ensure that clients are actually receiving the medication that their physician has prescribed. I have not used Valisure yet. I am making a trip to my doctor soon for a check-up. I did sign up to get my prescriptions. I received a call by a live person, to welcome me and that was impressive. It seems they care about me before they get my money.

Definitely impressed with Valisure's responsive and proactive team of people. Direct call on a weekend to clear up mine and my husband's first orders so we could receive our medications as quickly as possible.

I decided to try Valisure because I was concerned about quality and potential adulteration in generic drugs I take on a long term basis. I like their approach, using high throughput equipment to check each batch they receive. The service is good, and the prices are low, even without insurance. My Medicare supplement now does cover them, which is even better. I have had several interactions with the staff by phone. They are always friendly and efficient.
