I bought a sweater from Archive Sale, but when it came in, it looked like it was worn already… Dirty spots and (what it looks like) blue ink spots on the sweater.
Tried to contact them a week ago through customer support, but they still haven’t replied.
Purchased from this company weeks ago and I’ve been making a constant effort to contact them but they don’t reply. I have no idea if my order is coming or not because I should have received it by now. Bad customer service is an understatement. They won’t even reply. Do not buy here

It’s so true what I see in the reviews shipment Dodot even leave the store and I don’t have a tracking number. Customer service is so bad that don’t even reply, save your money or if you really want to buy except the shipment to be so late

Worst experience I've had as a customer in my whole life. I placed an order half a year ago and I still haven't received my products. At this point I can't even imagine wearing the clothing anymore cause it would just remind me of how horribly disrespected I was. He refused to give me a refund so bassicaly they are scaming people on the internet. Do not order.
