Lovely styled cottage in a quiet location. The cottage is well equipped and adjacent to foot paths, so handy if you are visiting with your dog(s). Fortunately for us the heating is also efficient given the inclement weather during our stay.

Second visit. Another lovely stay. Great place to get away from it all but close enough for great day trips. Boscastle, Tintagel, Eden project, Paignton and Bude all in easy reach. Great food at The Bush Inn & 5* cream tea at King Arthur’s Cafe! Beautiful cottage, warm and welcoming. Just like the owners. Looking forward to coming back.

Our fifth visit to Valley View. Our cosy little "switch-off" in Cornwall. Always spotlessly clean and a perfect base for walking along costal paths, calling at great beaches. Love Bude. So much to do. Always a lovely welcome from the owners, nothing too much trouble. We WILL return!

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautifully renovated cottage. Tastefully decorated, with lots of homely touches, it was the perfect place to relax after long walks in the surrounding area and coastal path. A very cosy upstairs living area and really comfortable beds. A lovely welcome box, and even one for our dog, was a wonderful touch. We'd definitely recommend.

We stayed at Valley View in September and this was our second visit and we will be back again.
Home from home holiday property, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. Lots of little extras added that are usually forgotten in other holiday properties I have stayed at.
Peaceful location with lovely views and several beaches close by, a couple of which are dog friendly all year round. Village pub and tea rooms also close by.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage, perfectly located for exploring north Cornwall. Great access to public footpaths from the front door.

The cottage smelt lovely and fresh and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The cottage is perfect if you want to bring your dog and If your not a dog owner don’t hesitate to book, this cottage really is for everyone.

Valley View is a beautiful cottage which has been thoughtfully finished to a very high standard in a lovely nautical theme. We received a lovely welcome hamper and enjoyed the great views, comfortable beds, indoor games and outdoor barbeque.
It is well positioned to enjoy the many wonderful beaches in the area such as Summerleaze, Sandymouth Bay and Duckpool to name a few as well as the nearby coastal path. We also enjoyed a Kayaking excursion with Cornish Rock Tors which was a bit further afield but a hit with our teenage daughters as well as a visit to the Eden Project. We would also recommend a local Italian restaurant - Elements.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay with our 3 children and dog and would highly recommend.

Valley View is a beautiful cottage on the north Cornish coast. We had a fabulous week there it has everything you need from 5 star super comfortable bedrooms, great power shower. Upstairs the open plan longe dinner has amazing views towards the coastal path and everything you need for all your home comforts. Plus a super welcome basket of goodies, we can't wait to go back. A five star holiday cottage in a beautiful location on the Cornwall/Devon border. We felt at home the moment we arrived; the cottage is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely finishing touches. Hope to be back in the not too distant future!

Excellent location.perfectly placed for us to walk the South West Coast path sections from Clovelly to Bude. Well designed and furnished cottage. So peaceful with lovely views.

Decor fantastic and everything considered to the finest of detail. The owners have thought about every aspect of this accommodation. A great night sleep in comfortable beds, tranquil location and the open plan upstairs is a great space both in the morning for planning the day ahead and cosy evenings with wonderful views across the valley!. Right on the the coastal path and the Duckpool and Sandymouth beaches close by - both fantastic beaches!! Would recommend here to anyone visiting cornwall. Love, Love, Loved it here!

Valley View Holiday Cottage is simply stunnning. Ideally located at the end of a private driveway, the scenery is breathtaking, tranquil and relaxing. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay finding it the prefect place to explore Devon/Cornwall, Bude, Port Issac, Clovelly, Sandymouth, Boscastle and coastal walks. The interior is exquisite, extremely comfortable and the cleanliness is second to none. The open plan, upstairs living was extremely favourable and having meals overlooking the valleys was delightful. The private secluded garden was perfect for a bbq, reading a book, playing games and chilling with a glass of local cider after a day exploring the local sights. Valley View truly is a little piece of heaven which we all thoroughly enjoyed We cannot recommend it highly enough.

A beautiful, renovated, "upside-down" cottage (1st floor living, ground floor sleeping). Decoration and finishes are of very high quality and we found the whole to be so relaxing and comfortable.The "welcome pack" was a great surprise and very welcome! Although the location is somewhat remote, it is close enough to the local pub and coastal walks to make for a relaxing and peaceful holiday away from noise and traffic. We shall certainly return!
