you just gotta calm down and communicate with them, i had a similar experience with with myglobalpharma.com and it took me two months before they finally delivered to me. they are straight like in straight and no bulshit they have ever ship simplily there are playing the old school rule.... have been doing this with them for over five years today

Ordered VR glasses 9 weeks ago.
During the order the website went wrong, a duplicate order ensued.
Site pretended to deliver within 5 days, but I received various email asking for delay. Two more weeks, two more weeks and so on.
No shipping.

I also received an email about delay in refund of the duplicate order.
No refund.

Now I ask for both to be refunded before august 3, otherwise I'll inform other customers.
But an autoreply says "Sorry blablabla. go tell your bank."
Crikey !!
So immediate action, I inform you that I lost $460 in this scam webshop.

I send the phone in warranty to Value Basket already almost 2 month ago, since it had a well known production problem, and they agreed to repair. I didn't receive anymore any meaningful communication from them regarding the status of reparation. If I write now I receive only automatic replies.
I don't know anymore where is my phone,
An other time that I bought something from Value Basket, it was supposed to arrive in 5 days.. I received after 2 months..

Finally after more than 1 month of waiting i asked for refund as there was still NO visibility for delivery. I realise that possibly this could be the working model for the company where they quote a good price for high value item, use the working capital and either supply after months or don't supply at all. Now the big problem for me is that I lost all the charm of buying a camera which I wanted to use for my vacation and it leaves such a terrible taste in my mouth. I wonder if there is any regulator in the Country to take actions against such non-performing Companies who do not respect their promise and its only the Customer who suffers. Any suggestions for any support on complaint to regulators is most welcome by the community.

I still hope that I get my money back. Keeping my fingers crossed.

FInally after being frustrated for long, cancelled my order. As per the site the refund has been initited but will take 8 days to reach :-( meanwhile I ordered the same from a different site and surprisingly its already with me. 3 days flat. Similar price and great delivery...

That's the second time I am placing an order with Value basket .
The first one was quite long and laborious delivery done in two time (part was missing) but finaly in accordance with the order.
The second order far better delivery done within one week.
To sumarize a very good value for money and good service (via mail in French)..Great

It is as good as buying from Amazon only better as you are paying the real price for things. It hurts to see exactly the same thing at 30% more price, we will have to learn to trust new vendors too. As far as guarantees are concerned I believe it in any case depends on the producer of the product not Valuebasket, who have a good after sales team.
I will recommend it with whole my heart.

This company has an excellent range of products at unbeatable prices. It includes free shipping. Their web site is well organised, easy to navigate and provides good information about the products they sell. The shipping company was DPD. Their tracking information is poor but the product arrived on the last day of their estimate in good condition. So it would be unreasonable to complain about an external companies tracking. I recommend this company.

I was lured in by the nice price but I ended up regretting it. It was a trap. They took the money right way through SKRILL, the London-based payment company, and there began the waiting then the usual excuses from these Hong-Kong scam companies. Those stock emails written so badly that you suspect them right away. Mine was about "Logistics team suffering the huge amount of orders due to recent promotions". I just decided to withdraw because of the lack of seriousness: why waste money with a company that complains about its logistics department?
Refund was a hell of a game. I had to call Skrill in London, from France, to threaten them on legal issues because they somehow helped Valuebasket on getting my money. Order made in December, refunded in January. A Pain. Stay away from them.

First time that I bought an item by "Value Basket" always reluctant at first time but attracted by such a low price for the camera I was looking for, I ordered. I paid through their credit card secure server a Nikon D750, and step by step I could follow my item from purchase to delivery. Excellent! Five star for 100% satisfaction.

I got the product I ordered...very late, but it when it arrived it was as purchased (Samsung phone S6 - dual sim).
Unfortunately, then the fun started as I discovered a few weeks later that it was faulty (touch screen stopped working).
I reported this and was asked to make a series of checks, fill out lengthy forms, take photos, videos, visit service centres and eventually being asked to send the product back.

I posted it back as per their instructions and some 25 days later and the only response I have is:

"malheureusement nous n'avons pas la confirmation que votre colis est arrivé dans nos entrepôts"
"Nous allons vous recontacter une fois que nous aurions une mise à jour de leur part"

"Unfortunately we do not have any confirmation whether your package has arrived in our warehouses"
"We will contact you once we have more information from them"

25 days and they have basically lost the package!

They seem very sympathetic and nice when they send emails, but nothing is happening.

The more that this drags on, I am not expecting to see the phone nor my money again.

When I think of the hours / days that I have wasted in the last 2 months trying to by this phone and now get it fixed, I know for certain that I will not be using this site to purchase any thing again. It is too much of a risk.

Overall very good service. The item purchased was delivered on time with good quality, original packaging, etc.
Initial order was refused by Valubasket asking for additional personal documentation for security verification... this was very strange and concerning! because never had such experience in the past with any online purchase!. However the re-order with a different mode of pay went well, and processed timely and qualitatively.
The price offered by Valuebasket is excellent and unmatched.

I ordered a lens for my canon DSLR.
All is OK : well protected, sealed, not damaged.
Delivery time was a bit longer than they told me, but still acceptable (10 days instead of 4-5days)

The only problem is that I asked valuebasket if my phone number will be on the package, they told me yes. But it was not. Even my adress was truncated. I almost missed the package. Hopefully, I contacted DPD to add delivery informations. Otherwise, it would have been returned to valuebasket...

It was a very good day when I chose the Valuebasket site to buy a Nikon camera. Being amazed at seeing a purchase price cheaper than a secondhand item on ebay I had to go for it. I thought, maybe there was a catch – in the form of import tax on the goods, as it was coming from the far east but when it arrived in record time, there was none. At one time I phoned Valuebasket and they reassured me the price advertised was what I would pay – they were right. With regard postage time, I checked the tracking number, it was leaving Hong Kong and next day it was delivered, ahead of estimated time of arrival – incredible!! This is quite the most amazing buying experience I have ever had on the internet and will not hesitate repeating the process. Now what can I buy?!!!!
