I ordered a DJI phantom 4 on 23 June with their site saying 5 in stock. After a week I e-mailed them and received the reply that it would be shipped by 14 July at the latest. This didn't happen.

I phoned them and asked to cancel as they couldn't fufil the order as promised, and I was asked tos end them an e-mail confirming cancellation, which I did on 14July2016. They acknowledged it and said a refund would take 4-7 days.

I e-mailed them and a further reply stated they were restructuring and a refund would be issued as soon as possible.

On 23July2016, I contacted my bank to resolve this refund for me. It appears the banks are well aware of this company.

My STRONGEST advice is to stay well away and buy from with a reputable company. If you want stress then ignore my advice!

Value Basket took my money straight away and when I ask for a refund I am being fobbed off. Besides contacting the bank I will be looking to report the company to the appropiate authorities.

Still waiting for a refund and being fobbed off with stock e-mail replies.

I ordered my expensive phone through value basket on 19.01.2016. The item was in stock and the they had promised a delivery in 3-4 days. Today is 23.02.2016 and the order status says:

"Order Delay
Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have set your order as priority and look forward to dispatching it ASAP. Your continued patience is much appreciated."

I don't understand how they cannot send items that are in stock already. I have been sending them emails since 3 weeks and all I am getting are generic replies: "Your order is in queue; we are working on it; backlogs; new delivery system" and so on.

I am a student and I have spent a lot of money on this purchase. The service has completely disappointed me. I have been trying to contact them through Facebook, Twitter and their customer support system, but all I am getting are DELAY DELAY DELAY.

I am disappointed with the level of despicable service that has been provided by Value basket. They don't even have the courtesy to contact the customer on an instance of delay. I have requested to cancel the order and a REFUND. I pray to GOD that VALUE BASKET replies to this review atleast and do something about it.

YOU HAVE COMPLETELY SHAKEN MY FAITH IN ONLINE SELLERS.

I have had some doubts at the beginings but I have been positive surprised.

Only the delivery was long, as is well known, but the product is as declared and the price much better than other sellers.

Never buy anything from this site VALUEBASKET. I have ordered a phone and didn't received the phone. I have asked for my refund and I didn't received my refund . I am going straight to local cyber law authority about this site.

I was buying 2 iphone 5c on value basket.com web site on the 12 Nov 2015 and the system was saying that the good was available. Also the web site was saying delivery in 7 working days. On the 23 Nov, still nothing received and still no delivery planned. So I decided to cancel the order and after 2 days they confirmed that within 15 working days I should see the money transferred back to my CC. Still today nothing received.
Really not a trustable site.

I purchased from Valuebasket.com two times without any problem..transit time is just a little longer but still accettable and price is very good. I got my goods delivered in perfect conditions.

I have received a product that is not described as the listing. as a result i send a mail to the customer service and still not received any replay from them.(already 4 days gone).
They are selling Chinese product but they claim that they are selling Italian version of the product.

I bought a Tablet from them (Samsung Galaxy Tab S2) description link below on ValueBasket

They claim that they are selling the model number T715 but they send me the Chinese version of the product which is T715C (its Chinese Version checkout the photos link) and most of application use Chinese Language (after changing the language from Chinese to English). You may check the photo of via through the DropBOx link.
The version they are selling is not Italian or International Version They are selling Chinese version. I hope all of their products come from Hongkong and China.

Remember if the ValueBasket offer you refund, they apply their return policy (return shipping must carry by buyer and maybe other charges also takes long time).

So, I Recommend you, Before buying from ValuBasket, Decide very well. May be this post will be helpful for you.

My experience with ValueBasket is positive. As soon as I saw the offer camera Fuji X30, I did not hesitate to order it. The price was and still is the most beneficial network circuits and normal retail. The order was executed on Sept. 7, 2015, but for days I did not have significant results until after an email request account of the order, receive an answer from the gentle Miss Diana who assists me all the way of my order. Getting my Fuji X30 Friday, September 25, 2015, in excellent packaging, the original packaging and in perfect working order (for now!). At this point I can only thank the staff of ValueBasket, apologize for the initial distsrust and compliments Miss Diana for her patience and availability.

Device arrived as per description. The box was opened and the OS already installed (why?). The order preparation time has been respected while the delivery time was longer the declared. Any changes in the status is promptly communicated by valuebasket. In general it was OK.

I ordered a Fuji XE2 + 18-55 lens.

Everything ok. Only delivery is not fast as other vendors. But for sure prices are competitive and few days more to wait for is acceptable.

The delivered products were in perfect state. The package was good as documentation included. I tracked the shipment by dpd and BRT web Site.
I'm very satisfied. Just the delay between order date and products arrival (were listed as "in stock")... At all, Good Seller.

I order from value basket on 27 of may and I received my package today on 17 of june. I got worried after all comments what I have read but I recived my package. If you have time and patience to wait you should order. I didn't get my warranty paper so I will have to contact them about that. Anyway I am happy to get my package. Maybe they should work on processing a staff little bit faster.
