Used this company for a number of year now since becoming a custodian to the Corso Italiana large breed K 9.

Brilliant company.
Good selection of varied natural treats and more.
The availabilities to buy bulk at a very reasonable price is excellent and the delivery service is quick.

Very knowledgeable and friendly helpful advise given when contacted to seek dietary advice.

Have recommended to other K 9 custodians and will definitely continue to use this company.

Very good local service that is value for money wth a good choice of supplies for my pets. The gentleman who runs it is very helpful.

I found this company when looking for pet treats and accessories locally. They do a great selection of natural treats for my dogs and sell in large batches, at really good prices. I own two large dogs who love to chew, so for me being able to buy a good product at good value is perfect. Much cheaper than the local big brand pet store, with options to buy in bulk for less money (saving me a few pennies!). Service is always polite and they have been great at sourcing other products i have shown an interest in. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends!

Was looking for a particular product that was competitively priced with Valupets, even with the 95p packing charge added (which seems to be an online card payment charge instead by the way it's described). They do, however, offer a 'loyalty discount' of 95p if you pay by bank transfer if you call for the details.

Tried phoning 4 times to no avail, with no option to leave a voicemail for a call back. Emailed the sales@ address listed on their website as well and received an automatic response for a personal mailbox, not the address I originally emailed (the subject line was the same though), saying this was full and my message was therefore undeliverable.

On this basis, I decided to pay a few pounds extra and order through Amazon - at least you know they are reliable and trustworthy. Wouldn't risk trying to order from here again and would advise others the same.

Wasn't complaining about the 95p cost, just commenting on my observations on how the charge had been marketed. It was advertised that the fee would be waived if payment was made by bank transfer so I wanted to go ahead with this option to save money.

Would've actually been happy to pay the 95p as it was still cheaper overall than competitor sites. However, after being unable to contact anyone on the phone number or email address listed publicly on your site, I was sceptical to continue with an online transaction - especially based on the previous 'scam' reviews.

I have been dealing with Valupets for a couple of years now and have found them to be an excellent personal service. If there is a problem with my order they ring me to let me know, and yes, the couriers aren't always reliable, but a call to Valupets gets it sorted. Their prices are competitive and if you object to the 95p surcharge, pay by bacs and avoid it!

Been using this company for a while to buy my dog food,never had a problem till my last order which never arrived,the dpd driver stated he left with my neighbour took a pic of there door,but left a note through my door saying it was behind my bin which it wasn't when I got home,the company I called a few times sent email,sent proof of what the driver left and havnt heard back so I. Now £55 out of pocket and now have to use another company for my dog food,
