Felt the need to review because I'm so happy with this company and saw some negative reviews so will put my positive, I ordered a dress last year for my daughters confirmation and it was such excellent quality, such a stand out dress, she had so many complimens for the dress looks way more expensive than I paid. I loved them so much I ordered again this year for another daughters confirmation plus 2more dresses for myself and daughter because I know now the quality is outstanding so would like to put in a good review for people who are unsure you won't be dissapointed, just order a bit soon if you know you need it for an occasion but I really was expecting to be waiting a lot longer than I was for delivery so I have absolutely no complaints 👍👍 just to add I love the fact you can see where in the world any dress you are looking at was bought, I see myself in all the dresses I bought after purchase so you won't be worrying that someone else will have the same dress.

I never write reviews but I was compelled to do so because of my horrible experience. Firstly they overcharged me at checkout but they did refund me when I reached out, the dress didn’t arrive on time based on what the website said, secondly the fit just didn’t work on me sleeves to small, everything else to big. When I have asked for a return they have said they only do a percentage (60%) which I was like that’s fine but after many times following up they won’t give me an address. Don’t waste your money, I had to buy another dress for my event in the end.

I bought a fantastic green dress for a wedding. I was really late, so I wrote a message to Synn from Vampal customer service, asking if they could ensure the dress would be delivered on time. Synn was incredibly supportive. She immediately checked the availability of the dress and the delivery timing. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive and helpful. The dress arrived right on time, and it looks exactly as it does on the website: magnificent! Thanks to Vampal and Synn, it will be a wonderful wedding :)

SCAM! Do not buy from this firm! I’ve waited over 6 weeks for my daughter’s Prom dress to no avail, with NO answers to multiple emails! Luckily I paid via PayPal and I’m going to receive a full refund as they have not replied to PayPal either! Avoid all costs!

I ordered a wedding gown from here paid off visa never got my dress I wouldn’t buy nothing on here ever again to me of 324 dollars got ripped off my money ordered it on march I messaged them several times no answer it’s a scam now I can’t get my money back not very happy be careful of this site don’t trust them I’ve learned my lesson the hard way

I recently purchased a prom dress from Vampal. and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Like many others, I was initially hesitant to order from Vampal due to mixed online reviews. However, after extensive research on various websites, I decided to take a chance, and I'm so glad I did.

Firstly, let me commend Vampal for their efficient delivery service, Despite the apprehensions, my dress arrived in approximately 20 days, which as within the expected time frame,. the packaging was secure, and the dress arrived in perfect condition.

Now, onto the dress itself - it was absolutely stunning. the craftsmanship and attention to details were evident from the moment I laid eyes on it. the fabric was high quality. I received a lot compliments throughout the prom night.

In conclusion, My experience with Vampal exceeded my exceptions. Despite the initial hesitations fueled by online reviews, I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend Vampal to anyone in search of quality dresses for special occasions. Don't buy from these guys. The dress we received was nothing like the quality of the picture online. And it didn't fit my daughter, despite having supplied measurements.

We had to chase for the delivery - the dress eventually arrived about a week later than they'd said. And now I'm chasing for a refund - which is all done via exchange of email - there is no way of doing via the website.

Although their return policy says they accept returns even for customised dresses, they just sent me a wheedling email offering me a 60% refund, with the option to keep the dress. They even said that I will then have the chance to sell it on Ebay for about $30 ! (I paid over £100 for the dress, so that seems like an admission that they've ripped me off !). I'm trying for this option, but if no money appears, will try to get a refund via my credit card.

As I'm writing this, they've sent me a one-liner email about the 60% refund: 'we will process it directly in this 2 days, thanks'....we'll see !

This is my first time using this company. Your selection is extremely vast. And for the price regardless of the outcome, you really can't be made no man a women wants to spend $ hundreds on a dress.

The dress I ordered online was AMAZING. It is just a beautiful as it looks in the advertised photo. the shipping took a bit but once I emailed they were on it and my package was delivered within 2 days. My experience was pretty great from Vampal. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the dress itself. thank you! for making my wedding dress one for the books!

And I do recommend anyone that purchases dresses to make a review and post photography so customers like myself have a better gauge of what the dress looks like. online reviews is mixed, but photography can really help us make the decision.

Also shopping online on Vampal is super easy, functional, didn't have any issues on the website.
I would highly recommend to give a try.

Scam. Ordered in plenty of time. They kept promising and fobbing me off but no dress ever arrived. They promised every time I wrote but nothing. I’m not a person with a lot of money so this hit me hard and a dress had to be borrowed. They just stole from me. They also have several names for their company so they can defraud people and move on

Only reason i went on the site is because i saw the same Exact dress that i saw on an other site (A small business that shares their dress making progress on insta.) They stole their design and were super lazy, they took all of the models pictures from the other site. I decided to buy a cheap dress from them to see and yeah.. looked nothing like the pic. Don't buy from them.

Purchased a dress for a ball in January, it arrived , is hideous , the waterfall is on the wrong side , material terrible . AND NO WAY OF RETURNING . I luckily paid on credit card and got my money back .

Terrible !!!!! I ordered 2 dresses. One dress was supposed to be a long sleeve dress that arrived with no sleeves. Still waiting for a refund !! The company is ignoring me... Do not order from this company !!

Thank You Synn for your help. The cream and Gold Sequin Dress was lovely. I got the mermaid tail removed and a split up the side. Everyone said it was stunning and wanted to know where I purchased it. The material was really nice and looked exactly how it was in the picture. Some website the material is dreadful, but not this Dress. I will definitely be buying from you again. Irish Customer

I saw some reviews warn about falling for the low prices and being disappointed in their order. The negative reviews made me nervous to buy my wedding dress. HOWEVER, I had a great experience and I have some tips to make sure you do too. 1). Email customer service and provide your exact measurements, their dresses are made to order, they can follow your measurements to make. 2). Be very specific in your order about what you want, Every photo they sent of my dress was slightly different, so I specified exactly what I wanted. they did a decent job of following my instructions. I'm very picky, but I was satisfied with what I got. 3). Order early. it took about 1 month for me to get my dress after I ordered.

Overall, I love my dress and I am SO happy paid hundreds of dollars for it!

I was really nervous to order from this site after reading all of the bad reviews, But I bit the bullet and ordered this dress for the Army Aviation Ball.

The dress was not exact to the design of the one pictured but it was very close. the zipper is a little bit difficult but is not a deal breaker. The dress itself was well done minus a few trivial things such as straight cut lines at the bottom on the tulle. they were not off enough to matter and you definitely couldn't tell unless you were looking for it.

the dress was true to size (size 14). there is NO give in the dress. nothing on the dress will stretch for comfort. Buy your true size.

the dress took about 3 weeks in tailoring and then was shipped to me. I think that the shipping was really quick for a formal dress.

Overall I give the dress a 9/10

Terrible company. Impossible to return a very poor quality dress. No record sent of order. No details of how to return item. Do not answer emails. Do NOT or from this company.

I am still waiting on the refund I was promised on 29/11/2022 , today is 22/02/2023 . I have sent countless email , non of which have been answered . Please don’t ever order from this company . They are nothing short of thieves .

are looking for a real showstopper! I wore it to my graduation party and I received so many compliments saying I have the most beautiful dress out of all the people at the party...It is so gorgeously done and hugs the body in all the right places without revealing too much!
