After initial poor reviews, Vampire Freaks decided to practice good customer service standards and refunded our order. Originally a 1 star bumped up t 3 star for doing the right thing.

Ordered a couple of mystery bags, one for my wife and one for myself. We ordered 1 male and 1 female. When they arrived all my wife's items were male, there was apparently a mixup. When I contacted the company and explained my issue they REFUSED to exchange the items. I'm not asking for a refund, and Hell they can charge me for shipping, but to refuse a simple exchange of goods is an unacceptable business practice. I would steer clear from them.

Super quick shipping, package was well boxed and had a few stickers and a cool azz pen!

I like the designs you guys have, they are very unique but I think they would look better on the back and the brand name in the front

The company delivered my order as promised. Their merchandise is high quality as always. I can also always find some of my favorite brands on their website. I also find some new favorites as well. I am very glad that I shop at their store.

On a whim, I went to the website to choose a couple of tees and/or hoodies for myself. I couldn't choose my favorites, so I ordered the mystery hoodie and tee bag. I love everything I got! I wore everything within the same week and even got a compliment from an older lady on the Lycanthrope hoodie. The quality of the materials and prints are awesome. I already ordered more.
