Great service
Great service! The driver was there 10 mins before the time which was amazing as we had everything ready. We managed to complete everything within 1h30min so was charged exactly as initially agreed. Highly recommended!

THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND SCAM PEOPLE -DO NOT BOOK - they take your money and do not provide a service.
2 men were supposed to turn up to help me move furniture within my house, they didn't turn up and when I contacted the company through their online 'chat' I got an email reply claiming they could prove that the guys turned up and I wasn't home!!?!! A reply to this email was rejected so there is nothing I can do. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND WASTED MY TIME.

Worst "customer service" ever
Worst "customer service" ever. I put the quote sign because I don't even think they have a customer service system, no actual phone number to get hold of someone, the chat is useless and the dispute service is even worse.
I basically got charged £36 for a service that I did not benefit and their "Book now pay later" is just a trick to scam you. They even dared to mark the moving as completed while it never happened in the first place.

Zero stars! Do not book via Vanplus!
The overall service was beyond bad, see the recap:
- Van booked for Saturday, 14th October 2017 at 4pm. Received confirmation via email that the driver will come to collect anytime between 4pm and 5pm
- On the 14th October at 12.30pm , the driver called asking if he could come to mine already – told him that obviously I wasn’t ready however happy for him to come a bit earlier, 3pm – he agreed
- At 5.38pm the driver texted me he’ll be a bit late
- After chasing him, he texted back at 6.47pm he’ll be at mine in around 15min
- We left my place at 7.20pm
1. Contacted Vanplus over chat – all they did was apologizing and calling the driver
2. When I told driver I was extremely unhappy and that I will ask a refund to the company, he threatened he’ll cancel the booking on me and remove the stuff from the van – he said the company wouldn’t pay him otherwise
3. At the end of this nightmare, the driver has even asked for a tip – unbelievable! :)
As I really don’t want the driver to have repercussions (he already gets paid very little), I won’t ask for a refund but I need other people to know what a awful company this is!

Shocking Service, was phoned over 6 times in the one day to confirm a price. To then click on the link and the price doubled, phoned back to be given excuse after excuse. Do not trust these people. They are not genuine.

Appalling service
Appalling service. Eventually got through to customer service to say driver had cancelled and they couldn't arrange another as 9pm. Left stuck in rain with furniture and mattress and having to arrange cars to shuttle things around, all customer service could say was enjoy rest of your evening. DO NOT use these schysters!!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Booked van and driver in advance to move my sons belongings into storage from student accommodation. The booking was confirmed and although they assured us money would be taken on the day it was actually taken five days before. A van service was arranged for a Sunday morning at 10.00 am so everything was packed and on the pavement outside house ready to go. At exactly 10.00 am a message was sent saying due to unforeseen circumstances it was cancelled - we tried numerous times to contact them which was extremely difficult and managed to speak to a couple of very clueless people who couldn't offer any assistance. It was horrific trying to get another van company to deliver the stuff on a Sunday morning with no notice. Having no other options we managed to take stuff to storage taking many trips and much stress. At 14.00 pm we received a message from Van Plus saying they have sourced another driver! We called them again, after numerous attempts, to explain we managed to take stuff after them letting us down so badly, to be told that we are cancelling on them. We felt totally appaulled and ripped off! PLEASE DO NOT USE VAN PLUS - AWFUL SERVICE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Booked 3 days in advance. Up until less than 24hr before, they refused to allocate a driver. We were time constrained and couldn’t miss the delivery day. They also refused to cancel the booking without a penalty charge even though they could not find a driver. Eventually they allocated one.
15 min before the delivery, I called the driver up and he told me that they had cancelled the job. Then it took 20 min frantically trying to chat with customer service so they would arrange it. No one told me and I only found out when I called the first driver. Eventually a van came 45 min later than scheduled, and was a smaller size than what was shown on the website. Now I need to do more rounds tonight to finish the move. On top of all this, they had charged my card a day before the delivery despite only having preauthorisation. Pathetic service. Avoid at ALL costs. Drivers are good but service is crap.

They will charge you extra costs! AVOID!
Do not use their services. Here are the reasons:
- Paid for a driver and a loader. Only driver came saying his friend didn't make it?! sic. I ended up moving all the boxes at the pick up point on my own. Obviously it took more time than with potential help I ordered..
- I moved the boxes finally to the drop off point. Instead of apology, I was then charged 120 quid extra because I spent more time than planned. It would take less if I were not alone and if you had provided the service I paid for!!
- Complaint system is a joke. Only available via Internet platform - 150 letters used to describe the issue (twitter size). Dispute team allows their drivers to lie in every possible way, as you "don't have a proof" confirming your version. I will seek legal advice as they are scammers
Worst and most unpleasant situation ever happened to me - avoid at any cost!!

Amazing service - very surprised!
Amazing service! Everything went better than I expected considering I made the booking with less than 24hrs notice! I had real doubts to begin with as it sounded like a call centre when I spoke to them to confirm my details. Was a bit worried that it was a scam as it was cheaper than many quotes and some reviews weren't good. I think this company have a great concept but are probably let down by individual van drivers. Give them a go, get the contact details of your van driver early - make contact with the individual and you shouldn't be let down.
Absolutely first class

Avoid !!!!!
Had booked in advance almost two weeks before my moving date and on the actual date of my moving called the driver to confirm and he said he can come at 2pm and not 10am as I originally booked . Then it was a carry on of 3.5 hours trying to communicate with their customer service, which is horrendous, and they cancelled the first driver for unforseen circumstances apparently and told me they'll get me a new one between 12 and 1 pm . Spoke to the second driver so he could tell me that he couldn't take me and my girlfriend in the van with him as I had originally been told . Spoke again to the customer services, well tried , but they were very bad in communicating, really rude as got no apology during this whole act of a joke. Eventually I gave up and asked to talk to a manager, which apologised eventually , and I asked for a refund and cancelled the whole moving with them . Ending up getting a new driver from gumtree and had to pay extra money there obviously so I can get my job done .
Money had been refunded to me but I would recommend everyone to avoid at all costs this so called " company " .
