The course was poorly set up and repetitive! It was posted as a 1 hour/- credit course but took 2+ hours to complete and I skimmed over many parts! It was not easy to go back and forth from the illustrations to the text and contained multiple misspellings and grammar errors! Unless you are a novice realtor with no experience, I would not recommend this course!
Good information for agents to give homeowners who are selling their homes.
Very convenient.
Course focused of selling idea of staging and protecting commission rather than helping seller.
I learned so much
