I have been using Vanguard for over six years now and my experience has been very good. It is easy to invest with using several available options. The customer service is also great. For example, Eid responded to my query with patience and provided detail.

I have received excellent customer service from all the people I have spoken to, since I joined Vanguard.
I am new to learning how to manage my investments myself and they have filled me with confidence with the way they have patiently explained and guided me.
A difficult transfer of my S&S ISA over from Quilter resulted in it needing to be done manually and I was pleased with the way the team members responsible dealt with it.
Then, more recently, Daniel helped me transfer a pension over. This was all explained really well and was completed efficiently and quickly.

I just wanted to say thank you Amina for all your help today. You was so helpful and patient throughout my whole experience which this is something I'm not really good at but she got me though and sorted everything out what I wanted to do regarding Pensions and ISA.

I wish I had known about Vanguard years ago. I switched my pension to them about four years ago and the fund performance was far better than my previous provider. More than that, I found the staff to be excellent, in helping me through a new process to access regular payments. Both Robert and Neena were very professional and helpful. Thank you all.

I had an APS transfer to make to Vanguard from BNY Mellon. BNY's inefficient processes and inability to make a direct transfer made this difficult but Vanguard were excellent and I couldn't fault them for their help every step of the way. Thanks especially to Vami for her excellent customer service and for keeping me fully informed.

I’ve been investing with Vanguard for almost a decade now. I recommended it to my wife, children and their partners and all have seen great gains with it.
Yesterday, I had a pension call with Oliver, to discuss my options. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me through the process with ease, answering all questions as they came up.
Can’t recommend them enough.!!!

Ahmed was very helpful. Explained all questions I posed, in detail and was very patient. Went above and beyond. Pleasant manner. Checked I understood what we had discussed. I felt reassured that my queries would be dealt with.

Zed was very helpful, responded promptly and solved my problem instantly.

Overall a simple and quick phone call with Vanguard (Robert B ) who walked us through what needed to be done using the website to achieve the goal of releasing some TFC from the SIPP. Robert explained every step very well and also outlined what would happen next including the timescales. A very good experience and glad that we chose Vanguard for our investment needs.

As ever the people-facing aspect of Vanguard's offer was top notch. In particular you are walked through the process in a sensitive and professional was(thank you Robert B!) which is exactly what is needed.

I spoke to Amina because I had a query about my account - she was incredibly patient and helpful and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Very pleased with Vanguard and Amina!
