Excellent service, had an issue with TFL where they constantly fined me for the Congestion charge even though I'dregisteredit, rang Leaseplan and they sorted it out ant got a refund.

Buyer Be Aware of Significant Upfront Fees
Our contract with VanLeasing.com included an item called, obscurely in our opinion, 'Initial Rental'. This is actually a 'fee' (that we couldn't find explained in the contract documentation) and not, as we thought, a contribution towards the initial month's rental or a refundable deposit. It is also in addition to a 'Contract Initiation Fee'. Collectively, in our case, these 'fees' equated to over 41 days of van rental.!! A significant amount of money. It was always easy to contact our account manager but it proved impossible, over a two-month period, to speak to anyone in the VanLeasing Accounts team to identify the purpose of the 'Initial Rental' sum. Our Account Manager couldn't help. So, buyer be aware of these significant but largely unexplained upfront fees when contracting with Vanleasing.com and be prepared for a long (eternal?) wait to be contacted by its Accounts Team should you ever have a financial query.

Not very helpful at all took great pleasure in putting my company and financial situation down

She explained every step very clearly and stayed in touch regularly via both phone and email to ensure everything was going smoothly and as planned. The documentation provided was comprehensive, easy to understand and easy to complete. The vans that we ordered were delivered on time and were in excellent condition. Handover was very smooth with no fuss. We were expecting teething problems but we experienced none. A great service.
