I dealt with Lucy through the whole process who was very helpful every step of the way. The van was perfectly clean when I collected it and runs like a dream.

Contacted the company to have a van re-located to a closer branch. This was carried out quickly to enable us to view the vehicle. On the day arrived to find the van all cleaned and in order. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at the Dartford Branch.

Bought a crew van today, from a very helpful friendly and professional lady Lucy from the dartford branch, sorry if I got your name wrong, shocking with names, early days but had a test drive with an equally friendly and professional guy, now drove van home seems like a very nice van. Very professional and helpful

Trying to source multiple vehicles of varying specification is time consuming and has inherent risk when buying from multiple and unknown suppliers.... We have purchased quality vehicles from Van Monster previously and always via Glenn Fuller, Dartford branch manager.
I set Glenn the task of finding 3x panel vans and 2x tippers of particular spec, within hours Glenn presented me with a few options to consider, we placed an order the following day for the vehicles Glenn had recommended.
In little over two weeks, the 5x vehicles have seamlessly joined our fleet proving the service provided by Van Monster is second to none, The service provided by Glenn Fuller @ Dartford branch second to none. Validating my choice of first phone call when needing a van!

The staff at Van Monster (Ben/Glenn) are always polite, helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you find the van that you need. They never put you under any pressure and show great patience and product knowledge when assisting the customer. They feel more like friends than sales staff and i am now on my 3rd van with them!
