Appointment made was kept to time

Appointment made was kept to time. Receptionist was friendly and job was done as requested. Waiting time went fast, with notifications during the wait, while a hot coffee was enjoyed.

The customer service and quality of service was poor

The customer service was poor from staff who appear uninterested in providing any clear information and updates. Unfortunately, the poor service extended to the actual repairs, and my car was returned with more problems than it had when I took it to the garage. I understand that mistakes can happen — what matters is how a company handles them. The staff seem simply not to care and are unapologetic for the inconvenience they caused.

Always super friendly, happy to answer all your questions to the best of their knowledge.
Work gets always done fast and good.

End to end purchase experience
