Very rude and unprofessional customer service

I called yesterday because I needed help transporting my car around 2–3 miles. The person I spoke to asked for all the details and then quoted me £240, which I found extremely expensive, especially as local garages in the area usually charge around £80 for this kind of job.

I simply said that I was sorry, but the price didn’t work for me. At that point, the person became very rude, started raising his voice and speaking to me aggressively. I eventually had to end the call.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Based on the way I was spoken to, I personally would not recommend dealing with this company.
