The worst delivery company I have ever experienced. It has taken 6 attempts to deliver my item, thanks to the very very rude driver who refuses to do anything right. I really do not understand why companies would choose this transportation firm when they treat their clients so badly.
Time of delivery as agreed and within timeframe. But they just refused to deliver right in front of the door. Instead they left it on the pedestrian which is at the same level and 2m away from our frontdoor/frontyard. This mentality and working attitude is far below humanity. Not considering an old lady to unpack all alone while delivering the pallet and having the tools to move the pallet. Just that little bit of sense in mind but I'm not here to judge any further as thay person could had a bad day or period. Service could have been a lot more better so 1 star for the effort and delivery on time.
Had a TV delivery yesterday. The day was known 2 days in advance, a time slot of 3.5 hours in the morning.
Delivery was done in time and in a very good way. TV is in a great condition, driver was really positive, helpful and polite, even wishing me good watching my TV :wow:
