Great experience at Vantage Toyota York
We had a great experience at Vantage Toyota in York after it was recommend to us. We test drove a couple of Toyota CHRs but not in the colour we wanted. Steve was really helpful, professional and friendly and was able to source the exact colour we wanted within a couple of days. Mia was great handing over the car too. We've had it a week now, its a lovely car and we couldn't be happier.

Is it good to put a deposit on a car?
I have been looking for a Toyoya Rav Exel after mine was stolen. Toyota Leeds said they had found one at another Vantage dealer and brought it to Leeds for me to look at. i was asked to put a deposit on it of £250.00 which i did. I was told it would be immediately returned if the deal did not work out. When I looked at the car the two leather back seats had large dents in them where child seats had been. I was told they could be reupholstered satisfactorily but I was asked to pay for the car prior to that happening. I refused to do that and understood the work would take place and I would be able to view the car prior to paying for it. I eventually found out the car had been returned to the other dealership. It took five phone calls, the last one to a manager to find out the car had gone. I wss told my deposit would be returned immediately, 7 days later and I still have not received it. The lateness of the return of the money replicates another deposit of £250 I left with another Toyota dealership that didn't work out. Not a happy customer

A fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience buying a used car from Vantage Toyota York. From the moment we arrived, the whole team was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful.
A special thank you to Beth, who was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free. This was our first Toyota purchase, and she made us feel very confident about our choice.
The dealership has a great selection of quality used cars across different ages and mileages, with plenty of choice and very good value for money. The car we purchased was well presented, well maintained and exactly what we were looking for.
I would also like to thank Nash, the Sales Manager, for his help and for making the overall experience even better.
We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Vantage Toyota York to anyone looking for a quality used car and excellent customer service. A big thank you to the whole team! 👍🏻
