unwilling to work take money that…

unwilling to work take money that doesn’t belong to them and that has nothing to do with me false information, incompetent workers, unprofessional, disrespectful, and list goes on. I will no longer show loyalty to this bank when they decide to pull money for me that does not belong to them and that they give me false terms and false conditions and then go back on them. Please do not bank with this credit union unless you want issues trying to get your money back and help with fraud scams because they don’t do anything in that department. All they do is take your money.

Do NOT trust them with your money

The worst ever. Will NOT return phone calls. Took the money I transferred for my savings and put it directly on my car note/loan without my permission. Then refused to put it BACK in my savings OR adjust the monthly payment after taking enough to pay down 50% of the loan!!!! I have called and called. Do NOT trust them with your money. - B and D Reid

Vantage West CU is Exemplary

Vantage West is an excellent financial institution. They provide financial services that show their exemplary, diverse, and customized services. The members are always reminded that we are the ones who "own" the Credit Union. It makes me feel special and wanted.

Thanks for serving my financial needs for more than eights years. I'm proud to say that I am a member.
