This was my first and last time purchasing anything from this company. Apparently when things go wrong they have more excuses then solutions. The bed I purchased came with two different colors and materials. When I talk to customer service about it, I was told "a lot of customers have experienced the same thing!" As if it was okay. Then I was told I have to now wait until the end of March before I can receive the correct ones. They also sent me two other items that I didn't purchase. I'm also still waiting for two end tables which are suppose to be shipped in March as well. Mistakes happen but the way you address them says a lot. The customer rep I spoke with might as well been a robot because she said or did nothing of significance to help rectify the situation. At least when I spoke with someone via email they offered me a 5% refund for the inconvenience. Not much but the gesture left a better impression then the customer service did. All I can do now is wait for the rest of my items to show up correctly. Like the saying this company needs to first "inspect what they expect." As should any person considering purchasing from them. I sure wish I had.

Update: the bed finally came, almost 3 months late. AND IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR! No response from the company, of course.

Panels:
They shipped out on time, but colors are off. Some are darker than others.

Bedframe: was purchased because it would ship out next day. It’s been over 2 months and still waiting. Customer service is not helpful at all.

Would avoid buying from this company again.

the bed base scratched may wood floors in ways that I cant figure out how and why. costumer service non responsive other other "put a rug under it". never every buying from them or recommending them.

I ordered the back bed panels the bed frame and 2 nightstand tables. The bed frame holes did not match and on one of the corners they forgot to make the holes not allowing the bolt to me inserted.

I only received part of my order. Three months later I haven’t received my nightstands with excuses saying that they don’t have enough people in their warehouse.
