Very good communication throughout the process. It took best part of a year for Volkswagon to produce my Transporter but Vanzone called me every 4 weeks or so with an update. Dale was excellent to deal with at point of sale and the admin team were always a pleasure to hear from. Very pleased with the van and the price, will certainly recommend and use again.

I thought we would have to wait months but it was delivered 5 days later.
The van was perfect and we saved £1000 off the list price.

We bought a van back in April/May, it was a Citroen Dispatch with the look pack which is supposed to come with parking sensors. Upon delivery in June I noticed it didn’t have sensors. I phoned Vanzone straight away and after a short while they got back to me and said ‘some’ of the vans have been built without sensors but assured me Citroen would be paying for them. They even told me the exact amount + vat that would be paid and once Citroen collated what vehicles were built without them they would refund within a couple of weeks.
I have sent countless emails and made numerous calls since then and every time I speak to someone I’m promised it would be paid, they even took my bank details at the beginning of September to make the payment which I still haven’t received!
During this whole process I ordered a second van. Once again it was a Citroen Dispatch and again it arrived without parking sensors. I called vanzone and they said as I bought one 3 months before that arrived without sensors I should have expected it would come without them. They previously told me it was only 'some' vans sent without sensors so how am I supposed to expect I will face the same problem 3 months later?
On both occasions I’ve had to pay £185 to have these retro fitted.
The ordering process was simple but don’t bother trying to speak to them with any further issues. My last contact was well over a week ago with a manager called Matt or Mark who told me they were ‘chasing up Citroen’. How long does it take? The first van was delivered in June!
EDIT: Since this review, the Director, Darren, phoned me direct and apologised for the issues. He was honest with me and I respect the fact that he did get in touch. He explained the issues with Citroen and it does appear to be a bit of confusion between Vanzone and Citroen on who should be making the refund payments.
He also promised to get the refund sorted, which he did within a few hours. Things happen and I'm glad this issue is now resolved. It does me give me confidence to use Vanzone again.

I had a positive experience dealing with Vanzone when I ordered my MAN TGE 3. The sales advisor I dealt with 'Jay' was both friendly and knowledgeable and helped guide me through the minefield of specing a new van. The van was hit with delays (not at the fault of Vanzone) but the communication I received was perfect.

As a first time buyer the prospect of buying an expensive item on-line without having seen it, or the seller, was a little daunting but they were very reassuring and easy to deal with. I got a van (not the one I ordered because Nissan changed from NV300 to primastar and moved all the delivery dates).
Some flaky communication which caused some frustration as I was hiring a rental vehicle and needed to know when I would actually get a van.
Anyway, got a Dispatch which is great, good price and once I made a minor fuss, good response and outcome.

Sales experience very easy and efficient however delivery dates kept moving and a significant delay was experienced in receiving the van. Had to chase weekly for updates.
The van however was exactly as ordered and extremely happy with it so far.
Good prices, good sales process, delivery not quite up to mark.
