Excellent customer service, they accidentally sent me the wrong order and it was over £100 as soon as I contacted them to say they had sent me the wrong flavour they resent the correct order and it arrived the next day

Can't give any higher praises pleasure

My experience i was blown away with how quick customer service got in touch with me. My items had been impounded wrongly by royal mail. They sorted my order out and even gave me extra vapes. Honestly over the moon with how great this company is for sure I will be of custom to them for the forseeable. Really really happy received my items in such a short space of time also. This company is going places hats off to them👏👏🙌

I had a issue with the delivery company…

I had a issue with the delivery company they gave it to a neighbor instead and only received it Monday in the end but wasn't any fault to this vape company, they delivered in time,it was packaged well and the coils are good exactly what I normally use and a very good price thank you

Great Family Business

I have used Vape 360 for a while now as its very easy to order and is delivered quickly and they have a huge choice at great prices, Its great value as a Ex cigarette user to find this company and try out new products from different suppliers and save money with the convenience of being able to see all the items online and after you order they are on your doorstep the next couple of days. If you ever have a problem then their customer service is second to non as I spoke to them when an offer was not working correctly and within 10 mins the issue was fixed. Great job keep up the good work A++++++++

10 Oct - 5.01 PM - You review saying, we didn't reply.

We're here to resolve the issue; however, allow a few hours for the team to respond.

Order 145111

Placed order in time for 24hr delivery, was sent tracking information. 3 working days later and they still haven't passed order on to courier. Attempted live chat, no answer after 24 hours. Tried phoning, got an automated "We could not complete your call, please try again." It feels like they've taken my money and ran.

*Update* 29/10/2025
The package was later dumped off on Royal Mail, with no postage paid, so I had to pay £7 to receive it. Vape360's response has been to offer me £7 in store credit and no proper apology. Avoid this company like the plague, their idea of customer care is "You're a customer, we don't care."

Order Number 141536

I ordered some IVG2400 Refills in August 2025. Out of the 15 Pods, 4 were awful & tasted foul. They had to be thrown away. As soon as I returned from my Holiday I contacted them. They initially replied, asking for the Order Number which I had included in my E-Mail, then they ignored me for 6 days until I sent yet another E-Mail.
Now they say I am outside the 30 day Return window. I believe this doesn't apply to faulty items.
I don't think I have ever received an Order within 24 hours as stated on their Website. It's more like 3-5 days.
The last time I complained, I was ignored as usual & then insulted. I foolishly decided to give them another chance.
Never again. I have found the same Vape Refills on Ebay for a lot less.
10 Oct 2025 - Without even replying to this Review, Vape360 tried to get it taken down ! Luckily, Trustpilot didn't agree.
2 MONTHS to get a Reply to this which is a pack of lies anyway. I'm not sure their items are genuine anyway as I had lots of issues.

When you first contacted us regarding faulty pods, we processed a replacement for you straight away and even included two additional pods as a gesture of goodwill. We genuinely care about supporting our customers and resolving issues promptly.

Regarding your latest message, it was received more than 30 days after delivery, and all items in question had already been used. While we always aim to help wherever possible, we do have to follow handling and safety guidelines for consumable products. This is why we were unable to replace a full batch of pods several weeks after use.

As for delivery times, we aim for 24-hour dispatch, but delivery timeframes can vary depending on courier capacity. We apologise if your recent orders arrived later than expected.

We have never intended to ignore your messages, and we’re sorry if communication felt delayed at any stage. We are here to help and always aim to respond as quickly and fairly as possible.

Well priced, free postage, prompt delivery

I have been buying my juice from these guys for some time now. The juice I buy is sold at a cheaper price than anywhere else I have found on the internet. A box of 10 Vado black jack is £12.90 as opposed to the £20 I had been paying elsewhere. The delivery is free and prompt, usually arriving within a day or two of ordering. I highly recommend them.
