Lucky to even get 1 star. No communication. Order and website says 48 tracked delivery eith Roath mail ....nope a week more like. Terrible music information and not helpful customer service as gave me the same repeated answer....we're so sorry and blamed royal mail. Do not use. Waste of time and money!

Understand that shipping is a cost, but is protection needed as post by Royal Mail should be secure..!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the protection fee. Royal Mail generally handles parcels securely; however, the Insurance & Protection option is there to cover situations where a parcel is lost, damaged, stolen after delivery, or handed to the wrong person.
All insured orders are also sent using signature delivery, which adds an extra level of security and helps protect both the customer and the order.
The protection is completely optional, and you can remove it at checkout if you prefer.

I had an issue with delivery, Vape 360 were not responsible. However when I contacted them, their customer service was excellent. They dealt with the issue promptly and ensured my order was delivered quickly. Their attitude to customers is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have been sold a fake product the…
I have been sold a fake product the picture on website shows my normal product label and juice description- Ruthless Tropic Thunda vape juice, what has been delivered has a different label but with Same Ruthless logo, tastes completely different and leaves horrible after taste. This label states not to be sold in US... its a US brand! Kinda gives it away. I sent an email... no reply, I will never use this site again

Awful Customer seriously- incomplete order
Received incomplete order. Didn't mind as these things happen but it was 80% of my order missing. They ignored the email. Whatsapped the number with full details. My order number, screen shot of what was meant to come, a photo of the tiny package and it's contents. Eventually replied. No apology. No offer for next day delivery. No confirmation of when it will be arriving at all. Minimal limited response. Just really poor. Won't order from them again. It doesn't take a lot to say sorry we messed up your order we will ship it out next day delivery.

All round great company to buy from
I cannot fault these guys at all. Ordered from them 17 times now and refuse to go anywhere else. I done a recent order and got the flavour I wanted however they were refillable pods not the actual vape I ordered. Contacted them, spoke to John and he got back to me instantly, instead of having to return, they are sending me out the actual vape I ordered pretty much free of charge since I don’t need to return my pods. Never had any issues with these guys, amazing prices, products, customer service and extremely fast delivery. 10/10 all round. Found out they’re a small business and hope they thrive because they deserve it.
