Still waiting nearly a month on !!

I placed my order at the beginning of February and have yet to receive it. I've emailed three times and also messaged via the website with not one responce. I've had no issues with previous orders but this one has gone wrong and I'm disappointed and frustrated and just want my money back.If no response in the next few days I will have to get my bank on the case.

Ordered elf juice shortfills and paid extra for next day delivery.
4 days later i still haven't received my order and no email from vape4smoke.
I have sent them several emails but they have not responded to any of them.
Definitely not using this company again and recommend anyone else to find a more reputable website.

No Stock after ordering

The site advertised a product and clearly stated it was in stock so I ordered it and paid and my money was taken from my bank. I also had a confirmation email and a delivery date.
A few days later, I had en email to say some of my order was not in stock and then another email followed stating none of my order was in stock and I will be refunded! Very disappointed and won’t use again as I don’t trust what is being advertised.

Sent knock-off versions of what I ordered and then wouldn't respond to refund requests.

I ordered Elf Liquid vape juice. What arrived was 'Effin'Juice, along with a middle finger as the logo. Obviously this is completely misleading but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they didn't realise that they had bought a knock off, but, after two emails requesting a refund and not getting a response, it's obvious that they just don't care. Avoid.

Terrible customer services ordered 7 bottles and only received 5 contacted through email and phone didn’t understand a word of English and never replied to email utter useless company

Terrible customer service

I ordered 3 bottles of liquid, they sent the correct flavours but wrong brand. Wasn’t overly happy that I didn’t receive what I actually ordered. Emailed them regarding this and got completely ignored, no response at all and it’s been a week. Wouldn’t recommend.

Messed my order up many times,then takes 7 days to get any correspondence,and still never rectified it,terrible,said they would send out a replacement,they didn't, emailed them about 10 times and they ignored everyone,plenty more vape stores online
