Hi Mark, you're right to be frustrated — the flavour you ordered shouldn't have been available to buy when it wasn't in stock, and we're sorry about that.
To put it right: as soon as you told us on Monday which flavour you'd like instead, we arranged the replacement that same day. Royal Mail has it now and it's expected to be delivered this Friday.
If anything isn't right when it arrives, just reply to our email and we'll get it sorted straight away.

Double payment
Ordered from the site and it said payment did not go through so I did the payment again which was successful. Looked at bank statement and it said that payment was taken twice but I only received one order not the double id paid for. Tried to ring the office four times but got cut off/hung up on each time even though I tried different departments. Sent an email explaining situation and got a generic res saying they would look into it. Still waiting for a response. Had zero issues with this site until now and will delete this review once I get a satisfactory response. Please contact me
