Fallacious guidance, unprofessional attitudes
Well, for me it wasn’t a good experience with them. Firstly, they don’t stand behind their words. We agreed on 1000pcs disposable vape device with a specific price and I paid them. They sent me the parcel and there 200pcs were missing. I talked to assigned manager called Darren I mentioned about the issue and he said he could compebnsate that mistake so I waited 3 weeks and along this time frame they sent me a wrong parcel belong to someone else then they sent me one more parcel and it was just 10pcs disposable device. So I mentioned again to Darren and he started to amuse me. So I sent an email then and they said they couldn’t any missing item on their system and needeed to paid again for 200pcs device. I am surprised and I talked to Darren again and he started to sidestep and he repeated that I needed to pay again. In the first place they were very kind, helpful etc. But whenever I want to return the products what I got their behaviours and tones are totally changed. I sent the 3 big boxes and carried to post office myself and paid shipment cost because they said they couldn’t meet the shipment cost and etc. But on their website their return policy wasn’t saying like that. So they recieved my parcel and after I wrote them 10 or 15 times they barely refunded me 5 days after and they didn’t pay the postage cost, refund was missing, too.
It hasn’t ended with those yet, when I check my vapebase account I noticed that they removed my account on their database totallly. If it is a professionalism I don’t know what the professionalism is anymore.
Overall, my experience was terrible with them.
