I was not aware that VapeCraft runs…

I was not aware that VapeCraft runs ZampleBox but after seeing that the two companies listed together on the support page, it made me aware that they are both run by Vapecraft, but I was curious as to why Vapecraft has a much more positive rating than ZampleBox. I see alot of complaints like the ones that I experienced in ZampleBox, but what stood out to me was a very large group of really shortly worded 5 star reviews. IMHO, it strains credulity that on dates like November 11th and 12th that a flurry of people all coincidentally recieve amazing service, so much so that they posted a 5 star review, yet left only a few words describing why they gave 5 stars. You also curiously did not find the need to respond to any of them. If you compare them to other reviews, people go into much more detail whether they are happy or not.

Vape craft makes the BEST house juice…

Vape craft makes the BEST house juice of anywhere else I have found and their prices are super inexpensive. Use a coupon code and even a better deal. Free shipping for orders over $75 so I always try to order a lot to get me to that amount.
Shipping is a little slow though, one order took 3 weeks to arrive but they are using a new delivery service that is slower than USPS, so be prepared for that. Overall I love VapeCraft and will continue to use them for all my house juices.

10/10 good experience

I'm gonna be honest I was very worried after I read some of the reviews off this website, I had already ordered some stuff & read some troubling things about the issues others had had with VapeCraft: fraud charges, late/no delivery etc. But so far so good! 😁 my order came within 2 weeks of ordering & I have not seen any suspicious charges on my card, though I will continue to keep tabs on it for a while just to be sure. But yeah all-in-all I have to give Vape Craft a 10/10 & would definitely recommend!! 🥰

Fraud charges, literally only two new websites used recently

I only used 2 new website recently. This website (vapecraft) and another (ecigmafia) for some vape stuff. Card had fraud charges on it about 2 weeks later. So... I'm inclined to believe it was this website considering how many negative reviews mention stolen cards but of course I can't be certain. It's a shame because they have good prices and the juice isn't grossly sweet like a lot of brands. But if calling my bank to cancel and dispute charges is a hoop I have to jump through for ordering some cheap e-liquid, then it's clearly not worth it.

Its a sad truth that Vape Companies are constant targets for malware attacks like this, and more then most other retail spaces we're required to be extra vigilant. While we're upset that a security breach, no matter how minor or large has occurred, we're grateful to use this opportunity to make our site, employees and customers even more protected and secure.

I have the same problem as some other…

I have the same problem as some other customers. I tried ordering, my credit card gets charged, the order was successful but then my order gets cancelled with no explanation. I have contacted support several times, they apologised for the incident but the same thing happened again. the change is still on my card. This is not an acceptable way to run a business

Do not trust

Ordered some vape supplies from this place. It was still "processing" 15 days later. Called and was told would be mailed out but it never was. I filed a dispute with CC company and got refunded. 1 week later my card also got hit with a fraudulent charge from a shoe store in Madrid Spain! Others have had their CC info used for fraud. I would stay away from these shysters. No good do not trust.

I have ordered from vapecraft before I liked their flavors, my order took longer than expected to get here but that was OK. So I ordered again.This time I have absolutely no response from Them. I need to change an error on my order and I have emailed them multiple times on different days and I get absolutely no Response.this place has no customer service. Just a reply would make a world of Difference. I'm not going to order from them again.

EDIT TO UPDATE: I was contacted by Vape Craft and they more than made up for the delay and lack of contact. They were overwhelmed and I slipped through the cracks. I will remain a customer.

Placed an order on Jun 10, funds were processed Jun 11, as of today (Jun 29, 13 business days since ordering) my order is still "processing".
I've sent emails and called with zero replies. Though they still send me ads via email.
Not the best way to kick off a potential new business/customer relationship.

Website security

I loved the juice and I didn’t mind the waiting for the product to arrive. What finally turned me off to this company was the fact that I had to cancel my credit card twice within the past month and a half due to fraudulent purchases. The latest was a $2500 charge to a store in a different time zone. I won’t be back until they resolve the security issues which apparently have been a problem for some time.

My creditcard gets frauded every time I…

My creditcard gets frauded every time I buy from vapecraft. 8 fraud cases in 3 years. I tested to see if it was them by only using my card with vapecraft for a year. No other vendors. It was frauded to my replacement cards every time I used vapecraft. They will tell you their security is up to par, but it is not.
