Awesome. Good looking pods and they last longer than the last

I ordered Mammas Muffins in 6mg and there is virtually no taste. The other bottles of various flavors are fine but the mamas is no good

So all the vape juice I ordered are great and shipping was fast

Customer service was awesome and I love the Lucille flavor

I haven't received my product yet, and I was going to wait until I did to review my experience. However, since I keep getting reminders to review I will go ahead and provide how I feel so far. The order shipped 19 days ago and the expected delivery date was 13 days ago. It appears that the order was held up by the shipper. So, since this review is based solely on my experience so far, I can't fault Vape Craft for the entire review. I would like to suggest using alternative shipping methods, and maybe tweaking your survey process to either fewer reminders, or a longer waiting period to after purchase to request a review.

Had an issue with a product and I wasn't asking for a replacement, they sent another on anyways. Good customer service.

Love the product but the use of USPS is terrible and unreliable. Several of my shipments have gone missing and were never delivered. I also paid for 2 day shipping and it took a week to receive my product. 5 stars without USPS.

Its been weeks and I have not received my juice not happy at all

I order from VapeCraft quite often as I do enjoy their juices & supplies. The only problem I have is that some of the juices that I buy either the lids will pop off the top of the juice bottles when I pour it into my vape OR there will be 2 little holes on the lid of the bottle that leak everywhere whenever I pour it into my vape or the bottles have been leaking when I receive my order. My deliveries weren't that way when I first started ordering earlier last year but it has become an ongoing issue with every order now. Not really sure how much longer I'll be able to tolerate this I guess time will tell. I'm hoping that this issue will be fixed sooner rather than later because other than this issue I do love the flavors which is why I continue to be a customer.

Ordered on the 1st of the month and still have not received my order yet

This company is a scam, I bought an expensive vape kit and it arrived with both coils not working. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and I talked to them for about 2 months before they just said they won't do anything and I needed to buy more products from their company to replace the broken one they already sent me. I don't have a replacement, I don't have a refund, I didn't even get a coupon on the replacement part. I can't stress this enough, do not buy from this company unless you want to pay for your products multiple times! Once you open the product and see its broken you can't replace it but you have to open it to know it's broken so they can send broken parts as often as they want to increase sales of the replacement parts.

Ive been using Vapecraft for a couple of years now and always recieved my juice on time,Usually in a couple of days from ordering. Great taste and price. French vanilla cheesecake is all I vape and will keep using Vapecraft.

Was trying to order from different sites and ran into issues with each one. This site was easy to navigate, had a good selection of flavors, and didn't require a ridiculous purchace to get free shipping. It took a while to receive my package, but it had to travel across the country, so thats understandable. I do however wish that they included samples so I could try other flavors I wouldn't normally buy. Overall a good experience and will most likely order again when needed.
