So far I've placed 3 orders through the company and they have gone above and beyond. If there's been any stock issues they have contacted me and offered solutions right away. The staff are super friendly and kind. I dont know how much they're paid but they need a pay rise

I have ordered multiple times off Vape Ease, and I cannot fault them. They despatch quickly, same day if in hours 9~5 or early next day. I have ordered lots of multi flavored odds and sods and the discount has always been applied. If they haven't got the flavour as its been sold out they message you in WhatsApp to ask to change, can't fault the service.
I put in an order for 3 different types of disposable vape.
Then I get an email saying that they don't have them & would i like these other rubbish one's.
I replied asking for a refund & they were very hesitant to give me a refund.
After a few emails back to them telling them that I want a refund.
They said a refund had been done, which was a lie, & then they blamed my bank for not getting a refund.
My bank had to take action.
I told vape ease uk that I would be giving a bad review & they emailed me offering me a coupon witch looks like they were bribing me not to put an honest bad review
Super helpful staff who were very happy to help me with my questions and found me a great product. Delivered super fast as well
