Excellent customer service

My order hasn't arrived , they are very responsive even during weakened , I received my order with few days delay but I can blame Royal Mail for that , generally excellent customer service

Pot luck

Where do I even begin with forest vape?
First off, their products – a real rollercoaster ride! You never know if you're getting a gem or a dud. It's like playing Russian roulette with your hard-earned cash.
And their customer service? Just recite terms and conditions, their devoid of any human warmth. "Sorry, dear customer, but your broken item is non-refundable. Tough luck!"
If you're into masochism, Forest vape is your dream come true. Just imagine the thrill of losing money while waiting and praying for a functional product.

On the bright side, when the stars align and your item actually works, it's... decent. And they've got more flavors than a rainbow on steroids, the delivery can be quick.

So, if you're feeling lucky (or just plain reckless), give Forest vape a whirl.

dreaful company - AVOID

dreaful company. Purchased 2x 10 boxes of RM9000. Half of them dont charge and the rest dont work. The ones that did work, we ended up charging one and it exploded and set fire to our kitchen top. After sending proof and a complaint over to the company, we were told no refunds/exchanges and that they will not reply to any further emails.

Excellent customer service, highly recommend

My order got a little muddled up, but the customer service was great, they immediately sorted out the issue, and gave me an extra vape as gesture of good will.

Avoid faulty vapes sent no refund

Terrible service was sent faulty vapes and refund rejected even when vapes not used and only contact is via email soo ordered 5 crystal pro max vapes on opening first one had no taste and charger wasn’t working and wouldn’t puff after 30 mins emailed in to send the 4 back and get a refund and was told will not get a refund as vapes need to be tested even though they were unopened, was advised to open the rest and check them as they believe all 5 will not be faulty soo opened a second one and same problem said will send back as long as I get a refund but they stated even if I send it back it will be tested and if deemed faulty only then will I receive a refund… very poor service will never be ordering again reason to why they sell them soo cheap!

Customer service go above and beyond to help you ! Received a faulty item and before they even had my item back they sent me out a replacement device.

Fantastic products and a point scheme to make even better the more you buy the cheaper it gets

Love the strawberry doughnut Shame I have to buy as Tripple getting 2 extra devices I don't need or want but luckily my girlfriend likes banna ice so getting a 7000 and 8000 for a fiver each plus delivery isn't that just waiting for My randm sunax to be available as in individual product agai. Otherwise will have to use different company/website

I ordered 6 vapes from this company after smoking one vape I am getting severe headaches! Which I have never encountered with any vapes I have purchased before stay away

There are many factors that can cause headache for any individual, such as :
1-Dehydration
• Vaping can cause dehydration because of the dry mouth and throat it can cause. Dehydration can lead to headaches. It's important to drink water while vaping to stay hydrated.
2- Propylene Glycol (PG) Sensitivity
• Some people are sensitive to propylene glycol (PG), a common ingredient in vape liquids. This can cause headaches, dry throat, and other symptoms. If you're sensitive to PG, you might want to try a vape liquid with a higher VG (vegetable glycerin) ratio.
3- Overuse or Extended Use
• Overuse of a vape or prolonged sessions can sometimes trigger headaches. This is often related to nicotine intake or the act of vaping itself.
5. Flavour Additives
• Certain flavorings in the e-liquid may cause headaches for some people, especially if they have sensitivities to certain ingredients in the flavorings.

They send out faulty items and do not replace them or give you your money back . Terrible costumer service. Don’t buy from this company they will take your money and sell you dodgy items not fit for purpose. I followed the instructions to a tee how can you assume I didn’t follow the instructions? You sold a defected hazardous product

You purchased Friday 28/03/2023 12:31. Your item dispatched to Royal mail via Royal Mail Tracked 48 on the same day 28/03/2023 14:57 which we usually don’t do and we dispatch items within 24 hours. You received it from Royal Main 30/03/2023 10:52. You received your item even earlier than 48 hours delivery time Royal mail is usually promising.
We already sent you your tracking number however it is available on request for confirmation.

Also Following email conversation we had I personally explained to you that ‘’The device's instructions (RandM Crystal 4600) which is sticker on the vape state that after removing the plastic, you must wait precisely three minutes while keeping it upright for the coil to prime and for air to be blocked from the connection between the battery and tank (where the liquid is being held) by the coil. But if users don't follow the instructions what you explained is happening.
The device will still function, but it will become faulty because the battery and the liquid now have a connections. Therefore it is not hardware issue.’’
If the device is not used according to its instructions, it may become faulty. In such cases, we do not offer refunds or replacements for disposable vapes, unless there is a hardware issue present.

I got in touch with Royal Mail today and they informed me that second class deliveries typically take five working days to arrive. Based on your purchase on 19/03/2023 and the dispatch date of 20/03/2023, Royal Mail has advised that you can expect to receive your item on Monday.

Despite our best efforts to provide excellent customer service, we have decided to remove the option for 1st and 2nd class delivery. This is because it can be frustrating to explain to customers that we have no control or visibility over their package once it has been sent to Royal Mail.
