Where do I even begin with forest vape?
First off, their products – a real rollercoaster ride! You never know if you're getting a gem or a dud. It's like playing Russian roulette with your hard-earned cash.
And their customer service? Just recite terms and conditions, their devoid of any human warmth. "Sorry, dear customer, but your broken item is non-refundable. Tough luck!"
If you're into masochism, Forest vape is your dream come true. Just imagine the thrill of losing money while waiting and praying for a functional product.
On the bright side, when the stars align and your item actually works, it's... decent. And they've got more flavors than a rainbow on steroids, the delivery can be quick.
So, if you're feeling lucky (or just plain reckless), give Forest vape a whirl.

dreaful company. Purchased 2x 10 boxes of RM9000. Half of them dont charge and the rest dont work. The ones that did work, we ended up charging one and it exploded and set fire to our kitchen top. After sending proof and a complaint over to the company, we were told no refunds/exchanges and that they will not reply to any further emails.

My order got a little muddled up, but the customer service was great, they immediately sorted out the issue, and gave me an extra vape as gesture of good will.

Terrible service was sent faulty vapes and refund rejected even when vapes not used and only contact is via email soo ordered 5 crystal pro max vapes on opening first one had no taste and charger wasn’t working and wouldn’t puff after 30 mins emailed in to send the 4 back and get a refund and was told will not get a refund as vapes need to be tested even though they were unopened, was advised to open the rest and check them as they believe all 5 will not be faulty soo opened a second one and same problem said will send back as long as I get a refund but they stated even if I send it back it will be tested and if deemed faulty only then will I receive a refund… very poor service will never be ordering again reason to why they sell them soo cheap!

Love the strawberry doughnut Shame I have to buy as Tripple getting 2 extra devices I don't need or want but luckily my girlfriend likes banna ice so getting a 7000 and 8000 for a fiver each plus delivery isn't that just waiting for My randm sunax to be available as in individual product agai. Otherwise will have to use different company/website

They send out faulty items and do not replace them or give you your money back . Terrible costumer service. Don’t buy from this company they will take your money and sell you dodgy items not fit for purpose. I followed the instructions to a tee how can you assume I didn’t follow the instructions? You sold a defected hazardous product
